•Prize will be drawn in August/September 2011 and valid for the 2011/12 ski season. Some close out dates and special conditions apply.
•Airfares, Airline taxes and surcharges to Kamloops Airport and from Vancouver Airport are not included in the prize. These are approximately $2720 per person (dependant on availability and departure date) and must be bought from Dive Fish Snow Travel by the winner/s within 21 days of the prize draw or the prize will be forfeited and re-drawn.

1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entry is only open to New Zealand and Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are able to take the prizes by, and during, the dates specified. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3.To enter, individuals must visit the Dive Fish Snow Travel website, then follow the prompts to the competition entry page, input the requested details, and submit the fully completed entry form. Entry is only available online and no purchase is necessary. The winner must be on the Dive Fish Snow Travel database at the time of claiming their prize.
4.The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6.Only one entry permitted per person.
7.Promotion commences on 20/09/2010. Entries close on 31/08/2011. The draw will take place at Dive Fish Snow Travel, 39A Apollo Drive, Auckland, NZ within 7 days of the close of entry. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
8.The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.The promoter will publish the winner’s name, or lucky number, on the Dive Fish Snow Travel website, and in an issue of “Snowtimes” newsletters, along with details on how to claim the prize.
10.The first winner to contact Dive Fish Snow Travel will claim the prize.
11. Airfares, airline + government taxes, spending money, meals, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, the cost of any optional excursions and all other ancillary costs are not included. The Promoter highly recommends that the winners obtain travel insurance, however, this is not a condition of accepting the prize and the cost to do so will be the responsibility of the winner.
12.Airfares must be purchased through Dive Fish Snow Travel. A verbal commitment to purchase airfares must be made within 3 days of claiming the prize, and must be purchased within 21 days of acceptance, otherwise the prize will be redrawn.
13. Travel cannot be taken during the following dates:
December 15, 2011-January 2, 2012, February 19-22, 2012, March 5-19, 2012. Other blackout dates may apply, depending on availability at the time of booking.
14.All travel must be completed by 10 April, 2012.
15.Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
16.If for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
17.If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
18. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
19.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
20.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
21.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and prize suppliers (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking a prize.
22.As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner (and any companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter / Prize Supplier / organisers in their absolute discretion including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
23.The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to co sponsors, and as required, to by regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. If an entrant opts in at the time of entry, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
