3. The promotion is known as the “Win an iPad” promotion.
4. Entry is available to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter.
5. To enter, entrants must register at
www.Powerbuys.com.au. Only one registration permitted per person. Registrants will need to provide their name, contact phone number, email address and date of birth.
6. Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on Wednesday 1st December 2010 and finishes at 5.00pm AEST on Monday 31st January 2011 (“promotion period”).
7. This promotion will be advertised online during the promotion period.
8. Consumers can enter by visiting
www.Powerbuys.com.au and clicking on the Win an iPad icon to enter. The competition entry form requires name, contact phone number, email address and date of birth.
9. The promotion is one of a game of chance. All valid entries will form part of a random draw.
10. There will a prize draws at the end of the promotion period. All prize draws will take place at the office of Mack Developments Shop 9 269 Old Geelong Road Hoppers Crossing Vic 3029.
11. The valid entry drawn at 12.00pm on Monday 7th February 2011 will win an Apple iPad valued at $AUD800. Total value of this prize is $AUD800.
12. Winners will be contacted by telephone or by email within 7 days of the draw. The Prize will be delivered to the address nominated by the winner or collected from the office of Mack Developments P/L shop 9 269 Old Geelong Road Hoppers Crossing Vic 3029. Prizes will be distributed within two weeks from the time of notification.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer which may affect participation in this promotion or transmission of entries over the internet.
16. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not receive.. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
17. An unclaimed prize draw will take place three months after the first draw at 12.00pm.
18. Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash of any kind and must be taken as offered. No responsibility is taken for the winner’s loss of the prize.
19. The Promoter and companies associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any additional costs involved as a result of taking the prize.
