Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By participating in this promotion the entrant is deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry. Competition commences 9am Monday 24 January 2011 and is valid until 9am Friday 18 February 2011. To be eligible for entry, customers must register on chemistoutlet.com.au between the above stated dates and agree to receive Chemist Outlet e-newsletters. By registering to chemistoutlet.com.au customers are required to provide their name, address, postcode, phone number, date of birth, gender, an email address and mobile phone number where possible. By completing the promotion entry form, customers will agree to receive e-newsletters from chemistoutlet.com.au on a regular basis. To withdraw from the database, customers must unsubscribe at chemistoutlet.com.au
PROMOTER
The Promoter is Chemist Outlet Pty Ltd (ABN 44 096 215 824) of Bowens Health Services, Suite 3:03, level 3, Platinum Building, 4 Ilya Ave, Erina NSW 2250 (“the Promoter”).
WHO MAY ENTER
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are Australian residents residing in QLD, NSW, & TAS who are not employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate, or the immediate family of such employees. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any Special Terms and Conditions appearing on the website specific to the particular competition.
LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
Participants may only enter the competition once, unless the Special Terms and Conditions specify otherwise. Only the first received entry will be valid if more than one entry is received from a participant.
HOW TO ENTER AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
Entries will be drawn at random. The first 20 entries drawn each week (Friday 28 January, Friday 4 February, Friday 11 February, Friday 18 February) will win. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every entrant. No correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZES
All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize collection: prizes will be posted to the address nominated by the winner/s. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for any lost or misdirected mail. Prizes include: 52 Model Co Glass Gloss Trio Ultra Shine Lip Gloss with Mirror Compact, 28 Model Co Luxe Lips and Lashes Lip Gloss and Mascara Pack, Total Prize Pool Value $1196.00.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Winners will be notified by email and their names will be published on the Chemist Outlet Website
ENTRIES
All entrants will be added to The Chemist Outlet database. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded.
PRIVACY
The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is also available on this website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter for these purposes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes.
