CONDITIONS OF ENTRY � GAME OF SKILL
Become An Agent Competition ends Thursday 17 February
1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. The competition is open to all Australian residents who have signed up to be an Agent on the Mission: Future Toys website (
www.missionfuturetoys.com.au). The competition will commence on 25/01/2011 and close on 17/02/2011 at 5pm. Employees of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
2. The contest will be judged where applicable by a panel of appointed �Funtastic� representatives. Final judging will take place on the 21/02/2011. Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their literacy and creative merit. These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Each �Agent� may only enter once. Additional entries will be disregarded. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash. Prizewinners will be notified by email on 24/02/2011. Prizewinners must obtain parental consent in order to redeem prize. Promoter will provide each winner with a consent form which must be signed by the winner�s parent or legal guardian and returned to the Promoter by 1/03/2011. If the signed copy of the consent form is not received by 01/03/11 by email or postal mail, the winner will be deemed to have relinquished his or her prize. Winners will be published on the Mission: Future Toys website (
www.missionfuturetoys.com.au) on the 01/03/2011 or once parental consent is confirmed. The judge�s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries entered will remain the property of the promoter and not be returned to entrant.
3. Prizes as follows:
Ten winners will be selected - five girls, and five boys. From March 2011 to July 2011, one boy and one girl winner will be featured on the Mission Future Toys website as �Mission Future Toys Agents of the Month�. Each winner will be featured as a Mission Future Toys Agent for one allocated month only. Each winner will receive a Mission Future Toys prize pack up to the value of RRP $100. Products in each of the 10 prize packs may vary. Each winner will have the opportunity to review and a nominated product in the prize pack and have their review posted on the Mission Future Toys website (
www.missionfuturetoys.com.au). Each winner will receive a $50 Toys R Us voucher, valid until 01/02/2012. This voucher can be used at any Toys R Us store Australia wide. All prizes valued in Australian dollars, the promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in value of a prize occurring between the publishing date and date prize is claimed. Promoter is not responsible for any prizes damaged or lost in transit.
