Another slice of classic Jay Roach hilarity has just arrived on DVD and Blu-Ray in the shape of Dinner For Schmucks and thanks to the lovely folk at Paramount Home Entertainment we have five copies of the Blu-Ray to give away!
Based on a popular French film Dinner For Schmucks stars Steve Carell and Paul Rudd (both of whom previously appeared together in The 40 Year Old Virgin and Anchorman). Rudd plays rising executive Tim Conrad who, after pulling off a lucrative contract is invited to a special dinner by his boss Lance Fender (Bruce Greenwood), the twist being that the dinner is really an opportunity for the guests to celebrate the stupidity of the guests that they must bring along. When Tim accidentally bumps into taxidermist Barry Speck he quickly realises he has found his perfect companion for the event.
Full of outrageous moments and brilliantly cast (besides Carell and Rudd there are also roles for David Walliams, the fab Lucy Punch, Jeff Dunham and Roach favourite Zach Galifianakis) Dinner For Schmucks entertains in all the right places and is well worth spending some time with.
