CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these
Conditions of Entry (Conditions). Entry into the COON $10 Wish Gift
Card Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these
Conditions.
2. Promotion commences at 12.01 am (AEDST) on 24 January 2011 and
closes at 11.59 pm (AEDST) on 20 February 2011 (Promotion
Period).
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees (and their
immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies
associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter. Entrants under
18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and
further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all
the Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to
enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this
Promotion. Limit of 4 claims per household.
How to enter
4. To enter the Promotion, you must during the Promotion Period:
(a) Purchase any two (2) 500g packs of COON Natural Slices
(Promotion Products) in one transaction from a participating
Woolworths or Safeway store (Participating Outlets);
(b) Complete a competition entry form found in any participating
store or on www.naturallycoon.com.au by giving details
including your name and address; and
(c) Post the completed entry form together with two (2) product bar
codes and original purchase receipts to;

REMEMBER you must attach your two (2) original Product Barcodes
and purchase receipts as proof of purchase to support every entry
received. Product Barcodes and Receipts must be received by 07/03/11.
5. Limit of one entry per two (2) Promotion Products purchased in one
transaction. Unrecognised Product Barcodes will not be accepted.

6. Entrants can enter more than once, but each entry requires the
purchase of separate Promotion Products. Limit of 4 claims per
household.
Prizes
7. Each prize consists of one $10 Wish Gift Card valued at $10 (including
GST)(Prize). There are 35,200 prizes to be won.
8. Total Potential Prize pool is valued at $352,000 (including GST).
9. The value of all prizes is accurate at the date of commencement of the
Promotion Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
variation in the value of the Prizes after that date. The Prizes cannot
be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a Prize is
unavailable, the Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a
prize of equal or greater value, subject to the directions of any of the
relevant gaming authorities.
10. Wish Gift Card conditions apply, which are available at
www.woolworths.com.au. Wish Gift Cards are redeemable against fuel
and shop purchases at participating Woolworths or Safeway stores
Australia wide. Gift cards should be treated like cash; lost or stolen gift
cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift cards cannot be redeemed
for cash or used to withdraw cash at an ATM or EFTPOS facility. Gift
cards cannot be re-loaded with additional funds. Gift card can be used
for purchases at Woolworths or Safeway stores in Australia where
EFTPOS is accepted by selecting the savings button and entering the
PIN number. Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue
featured on the gift card.
11. Prizes will be delivered to eligible claimants within 12 weeks of the
Promoter receiving a valid claim. Prizes will be delivered to Australian
addresses only.
12. Woolworths Limited is the issuer of the Woolworths Git Card but is not
the promoter of the offer and is therefore not responsible for the
prizes, products or services under the offer or the fulfilment of the offer
terms. Woolworths Limited is responsible for the fulfilment of the terms
and conditions of the Woolworths Gift Card. Woolworths Gift Cards are
redeemable at participating stores only. Participating stores may
change from time to time. WISH Gift Card terms and conditions apply.

13. A Prize will be awarded to every valid entry containing proof of

15. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the
validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the
entry process, including but not limited to, by using techniques
designed to avoid purchasing the Promotion Products by making a
Prize claim with stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with Promotion
Products, Product Barcodes, or who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce
any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those
rights.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no
responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
17. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned,
the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the
terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions,
subject to approval of the relevant State gaming authorities.
18. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Prize is the
responsibility of the winner.
19. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law the Promoter:
(a) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of
any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems,
servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical
problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at
any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not
limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other
person’s property related to or resulting from participation in
this Promotion;
(b) accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate
information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment
or programming associated with or utilised in connection with
this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the
course of this Promotion, including (but not limited to) any
failure of the computer system or other equipment to determine
winners in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; and
(c) accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to or alteration of entries or entrants
details.

20. The Promoter and its associated companies and agencies (including
the Participating Outlets) will not be liable for, and by receiving, taking
or using any Prize each winning entrant is deemed to release the
Promoter and its associated companies and agencies from, any loss
or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or
sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any Prize except for
any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter holds the
benefit of this clause on its own behalf and as trustee for its associated
companies and agencies.
21. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
22. By entering this Promotion, each entrant consents to the Promoter
using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion
and announce the winner and disclosing the entrant’s personal
information to organisations that assist the Promoter with
administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third
parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this
Promotion). By entering into this Promotion, each entrant also
consents to their personal information being used by the Promoter for
future marketing and promotional purposes (other than marketing or
promoting via email). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy
