What do I need to bring with me to collect a kit?
Bring your latest water bill with you to pick up a free kit. If you are collecting a kit for a friend, neighbour or relative who can’t make it to one of the locations, you will need to bring the water bill for each property. This also applies to any investment properties. Strictly one kit per household

The Summer Gardening Kit items (Items) are only available to Yarra Valley Water residential customers (Customer).
Stock of Items is limited. Items are only available while stocks last. One free kit per household. Any plumbing work required in respect of the Items shall be at the cost of the Customer. Yarra Valley Water is not responsible for any work performed, or any damage or liability as a result of any installation or use of any of the Items. This offer is applicable only to the Items and cannot be used with any other offer or product. This offer is not redeemable for cash. Yarra Valley Water takes no responsibility for plumbing issues relating to your property as a result of the installation or use of the Items.
Where can I pick up my gardening kit?
Due to the popularity of our summer gardening kits we recommend you contact the relevant council office before collecting a kit to ensure stock is available (refer to the telephone numbers below).
