In Your Trolley Promotion1/3 $100 WISH GIFT Cards 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who fulfil entry requirements as dictated in clause 3. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.
3. To enter:
1. First purchase any one of the products as featured in the Woolworths Good Taste magazine In Your Trolley from Woolworths or Safeway during the promotion period.
2. Tell us in 25 words or less Which is your favourite In Your Trolley Product and why 3. By Mail: Send your answer along with your full name, address, daytime contact number a copy of your receipt or barcode on the back of an envelope to: Woolworths Australian Good Taste/In Your Trolley PO Box 542 Eastern Suburbs, NSW, 2004
4. Online: Visit www.goodtastepromotions.com.au and follow the instructions to enter your product barcode, your details and your answer. (participants who enter online must retain their purchase receipt for the participating product as proof of purchase. Failure to produce any purchase receipt when requested may in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a participant’s entries and forfeits any right to a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries)
4. The competition commences at 00.01 (AEDT) on12:01am (AEDT) Monday 24th January 2011 and closes 11.59 pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 22nd February 2011 (“Promotional Period”).
5. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period. Entries received after the close date will not count towards the competition.
6. Multiple entries are accepted, however there is only one entry per eligible purchase and each entry must be sent in as a separate correspondence with a separate copy of a receipt or barcode. 7. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality and creativity. The best entries as determined by the judges, will win a prize.
8. Judging will take place from 2:00pm (AEST) on Friday 25th February 2011 at Salmat Interactive, Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Salmat Interactive. Winners will be notified by mail once the judging has been completed, and published online at
www.goodtastepromotions.com.au/winners from 4th March 2011.
9. There are 3 $100 WISH GIFT Cards to be won.
10. The Total Prize Pool is valued at $300.
11. The 3 entries judged to be the best based on originality, creativity and product knowledge will win a prize.
12. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
13. In the event that a participating product becomes unavailable to purchase for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, entries must have valid purchase receipt for other participating products.
14. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
15. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
18. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
19. In the event of a promoter other than News Magazines canceling any event related to this prize, News Magazines cannot be held responsible.
20. The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion such as photographic shoots and interviews.
21. Once the prize has left the Promoters premises the Promoter is not responsible for late or damage sustained during the delivery of the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to advice the Promoter of any change of details.
22. News Magazines collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the information to others who help us run the competition. We may also use the information to assist us in improving our goods and services and to contact you in the future in regard to our other goods and services. We may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in performing the above or with another company which provides prizes for the competition.
