WFI - 'Rural Campaign 2011 - gift card competition'
1.WHO MAY ENTER
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are residents of Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania over 18 years of age, who are not employees or immediate family members of Wesfarmers Limited and its subsidiaries. 'Immediate family' includes spouse, defacto, parent, natural or adopted child and sibling whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All persons in Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania who take out a new or renew an existing Rural Plan insurance product with WFI between 1st February 2011 and 31st March 2011 will be automatically entered into the draw and will be eligible to win.
3. DURATION
Promotion commences at 00:00 on 1st February 2011 and closes at 23:59 on 31st March 2011.
4. PRIZE
The prize consists of a chance for one eligible person from each state (referred to in item 2 above), to win a $500 gift card (total prize pool is $2000). Terms and conditions for the use of the gift card apply according to
www.giftcardstore.com.au/gc/info/terms. All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note: a small number of merchants displaying the VISA logo do not except prepaid VISA gift cards. This includes the Woolworths Group. At these stores, using your card will cause the terminal to display the message - 'Card Not Supported'

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winners will be determined by chance as they will be selected at random manually from a barrel. The draw will be conducted at 10:00 on 12 April 2011 at WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean, WA, 6054. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
The winners will be contacted by WFI within two business days of the draw and also advised in writing. The winner's name will be published on the WFI website
www.wfi.com.au.
7. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
In the event of an unclaimed prize the Promoter will take reasonable steps to deliver the prize. Should the prize remain unclaimed after 12 July 2011, subject to State regulations, a redraw will be conducted on 13 July 2011 at 10:00 at 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean, WA, 6054, to further determine the winner of the prize.
8. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
Entries received after the closing date of 31 March 2011 will not be considered. All entries become the property of WFI, 184 Railway Parade, Bassendean WA 6054. As all eligible persons are clients of WFI, for the purposes of conducting the promotion and also for WFI to carry out the functions of its business, the names, addresses and insurance details of all entrants will be stored on WFI's database.
9. NO QUALITY REPRESENTATIONS
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of any goods and services offered as prizes.
10. PRIVACY
The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as are reasonable in the circumstances to prevent loss, unauthorised access, use, modification, disclosure and misuse.
