HOW TO CLAIM
To be eligible to claim, individuals must SUBSCRIBE to the Sidchrome ‘Tool Talk’ newsletter by visiting
www.sidchrome.com.au. Individuals must be new subscribers to the Sidchrome ‘Tool Talk’ newsletter. This promotion is available between 5pm, 12/01/2011 to 5pm, 28/02/2011, with the prizes being mailed out progressively to claimants after 12/01/2011.
The promotion is open to all Australian & New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who have not already subscribed to the Sidchrome ‘Tool Talk’ newsletter.
To claim, individuals must visit
www.sidchrome.com.au, follow the prompts to the subscribe page and input the requested details including:
• first and last name;
• valid email address;
• full home/residential address (including street address, suburb, state, post code and country)
and submit the form by 5pm AEST on 28/02/2011.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to claim and the gift form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

There are four different gifts available and each claimant will be randomly given one of four gifts. Successful claimants will be notified via mail. The gifts available are Sidchrome key ring, Sidchrome baseball cap, Sidchrome seat cover & a Sidchrome watch.
Claims are only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who have not already subscribed to the Sidchrome ‘Tool Talk’ newsletter.
New subscribers are subscribers that have not already subscribed to the Sidchrome ‘Tool Talk’ newsletter with the same e-mail address used to previously subscribe to the Sidchrome 'Tool Talk' newsletter.
Only one claim permitted per person.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating distributors/stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
Promotion commences on 5pm, 12/01/2011 and ends at 5pm on 28/02/2011. Claims close at by 5pm AEST on 28/02/2011.
All valid claims received will be awarded one of the following: Sidchrome key ring, Sidchrome baseball cap, Sidchrome seat cover & a Sidchrome watch. This gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. There is a strict limit of one gift per person.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the gift with a gift to the equal value and/or specification.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any gift claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of the gift.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and gift suppliers. Claims are conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Claimants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
