Terms and Conditions - ManChew
1.Information on how to claim & premiums form part of these terms & conditions. Any claim not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2.Claims are open to residents of Australia only. All claimants must be at least 16 years of age.
3.Claims may be made online from 12.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time on [Sunday 27th February, 2011] & must be made by 12.00pm on [Monday 30th May, 2011] Australian Eastern Standard Time (“Promotional Period”).
4.To claim your Man-Chew novelty toy (“Premium”), purchase any MAXIBON product (“Product”), go to
www.man-chew.com.au and follow the prompts to submit your claim. You will need to enter your full name, address and contact details as well as the barcode for the Product.
5.Claims are limited to one per person.
6.While stocks last, the claimant of all valid claims received during the Promotional Period will be sent the Premium. Potential claimants will be advised on
www.man-chew.com.au and prior to submitting their claim if there is no more stock of the Premium available for redemption.
7.The Premium is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
8.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the Premium, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9.Claimants acknowledge the Premium is an adult novelty toy and does not provide any of the benefits claimed by the Promoter in advertising or at
www.man-chew.com.au.
10.All claims become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting
www.nestle.com.au or calling 1800 005 510.
11.The Premium will only be delivered in Australia and each claimant should allow 28 days from making a claim for delivery of the Premium.
12.If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
13.Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by a claimant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer network, servers, or internet providers, traffic congestion on any computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to claimants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
