Registrations will open at 9.00am on Monday 28th February 2011 and will close at 11.59pm on Sunday 6th March 2011(“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.

Entry is available to permanent residents of:

Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.

During the Registration Period listeners must go to the website and register their details to become a music jury member and complete the survey to go into the draw to win.

The prize draw will take place after 9.00am on Monday 7th March 2011 at 4MMM of William Jolly Place, 309 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000. The draw will be a manual random draw.

The prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
Two (2) x nights’ accommodation in Lagoon View King room at Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove Manor Circle Sanctuary Cove Resort, Gold Coast. with full access to the Rec Club

Total prize value = up to $610.00

The prize is valid for 6 months and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Block out dates may apply, including but not limited to, between 19th May 2011 and 22nd May 2011 due to the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
All accommodation is based on Twin Share rates.
Entrants may only win this competition once.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner (and their travel companion) are responsible for all expenses other than that specified, including but not limited to spending money, transfers to and from the prize winner’s home, meals, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, insurance, taxes (including departure taxes), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred if the prize winner and/or their companion travel without insurance.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the prize winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any prize value change between now and the ultimate travel out.
Accommodation must be taken as a consecutive two (2) night stay. Accommodation will be in a twin share standard room.
The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The winner should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications if deemed necessary.
The winner and travel companion may be required to sign an indemnity form (at the Promoter’s discretion) before being awarded the prize.
