2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who have a valid email address ("Eligible Entrant"). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The promotion commences at 12.01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEDST") on Tuesday 1 March 2011 & closes at 11.59 pm AEDST on Thursday 31 March 2011 ("Promotion Period").

4. To enter, purchase any Targus product from any Harvey Norman, Domayne, Joyce Mayne, Clive Peeters or Rick Hart store, visit www.targus.com/au, click on the Win a Samsung Galaxy a Day entry button and enter your details including a valid email address and the receipt number ("Receipt Number") found on your Harvey Norman, Domayne, Joyce Mayne, Clive Peeters or Rick Hart Norman receipt ("Receipt"). You will need to send in your Receipt to redeem your prize if you are drawn as a winner, so be sure to keep your Receipt. The Receipt Number is a maximum of 12 digits.

5. There is 1 valid entry per purchase and Receipt Number. You can enter as many times as you like but each entry must have an original unique Receipt Number and this Receipt must be kept to claim your prize.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple entries that are not associated with the separate purchase of a Promotion Product, or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid. 7. In the case that the Promoter finds evidence of tampering by the entrant in the entry process or the verification process, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by the entrant invalid, the Promoter may in its complete discretion preclude that entrant from participation in any or all-future promotions of the Promoter.

8. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the daily prize draw and will also be entered in any unclaimed prize draw (if required).

9. There are 31 prizes to be given away during the Promotion period, each prize pack includes 1 Samsung Galaxy Tab RRP$749.00 and 1 Targus Truss for Samsung Galaxy case in black only RRP$69.95, one to be won per day.

10. The prize draws will be conducted at 11am on each day from 02/03/2011- 01/04/2011 at Integraphics, Level 4, 51-53 Chandos Street, St Leonards, NSW. All winners will be notified via the email address submitted with their entry within 2 working days of the draw. The name and postcode of prizewinners between 01/03/2011-20/03/2011 will be published in The Australian on Friday 25/03/2011, prizewinners between 21/03/2011-31/03/2011 will be published in The Australian on 05/04/2011 All winners' names and postcodes will also appear at www.targus.com/au

11. Total prize pool is valued at RRP $25,387.45.

12. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated. 13. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes. 14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 15. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 17. Each winner should look to the manufacturer of products and provider or services awarded as prizes for all warranties. Subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter's reasonable endeavors to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value. 20. By entering the competition, the prize winners agree that the Promoter may use their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s. 21. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the end of the Promotion for delivery of their prize. 22.
