QPAC members - Gold membership competition
Win a Club Sirromet Gold membership. Valued at $622
1. Competition valid until 30th April 2011
2. Winner will be notified by email on 13th May 2011
3. Prize is a Club Sirromet Gold membership which includes 12 bottles of wine delivered
quarterly for one year. First delivery will be sent during the first week in September 2010
4. Total prize valued at $622
5. This competition is open to members of QPAC (Queensland Performing Arts Centre) only
6. Entrants must be over 18 years of age to enter
7. Employees and their immediate families of Sirromet (‘The Promoter’) and the agencies and
companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
8. The prize winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any promotional activities
(such as photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and consents to
the Promoter using their name and image in any associated promotional material.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted,
delayed or illegible entries.
10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss,
expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not
arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition.
11. The promoter promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol. The guidelines for males per
week states up to 6 standard drinks on any one day, no more then 3 days a week. For
females the guidelines are up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 times a
