Terms & Conditions.

1. Information on how to claim the Bonus BNT Gift Card form part of these conditions.
2. The promotion runs from 1st April – 23rd April 2011 only. 
3. Offer is only available to individuals who purchase any of the Sunbeam model numbers listed.
4. Individuals who purchase these products are eligible to receive the Bonus BNT Gift Card through application and proof of purchase. 
5. All redemptions forms MUST be received by BSR Group Office by Monday 2nd May 2011.
6. Forms received after close of business Monday 2nd May 2011 will not be processed.
7. Please allow up to 8 weeks from receipt at BSR National Office of your claim, to receive your card.
8. The Bonus BNT Gift Card with purchase offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer. Promoter’s decision is final on all matters pertaining to this offer and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. To claim their Bonus BNT Gift Card the consumer must send in the completed form (with name and address inserted) plus proof of purchase (i.e. the original or copy of sales receipt)to “Attn: Promotions Department BSR GROUP Office P O Box 1296, Eagle Farm, QLD 4009”
10. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims.  The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these conditions.
11. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail or claims.
12. The promoter requires the claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion.  If the claimant does not provide this personal information then they will not be able to take part in the promotion.  By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their redemption form being entered into a database and the promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment of other compensation to the consumer.  All personal details of the claimants will be stored at the office of the Promoter.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
