Entry Restrictions: All Entrants are simply required to be a fan of the SBP facebook page –
www.facebook.com/pages/Brisbane-Australia/Specialty-Balloon-Printers/148201793093 and then follow the promotion link to the SBP website to fill out an email database form requiring personal contact information. Entrants must also agree to these Terms and Conditions: That SBP will use this information, from time to time, to send entrants promotional information via the contact information supplied. Entrants will be provided, in accordance with the SPAM act, with the ability to opt out of email correspondence.
Competition Period: Competition runs from Jan 1st 2011 to Jun 30th 2011.
Entry Method: Entry is made by means of individuals logging into their facebook account and clicking the “Like” button on the SBP page. New and existing fans of the page then may follow the promotional link to SBPs’ website where they can complete the official entry form.
One entry per person only. The entrant’s initial sign-up scores a point for their sex in the overall count. Entrants may also participate in weekly bonus promotions that can increase their sexes overall count and earn them bonus chances in the overall prize draw, however, they are not obliged to do so.
Draw Details: The overall prize draw is conducted on the first working day after the end of the competition period. One only iPad 2 16GB Wifi + 3G is the prize for the winner of the overall draw.
Notification of winners: The winner’s name will be posted on the SBP website along with instructions on claiming their prize.
Prize Claim Date and Time: Any prize/s must be claimed by midnight at the end of the month they are announced in. If any prize/s is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws on the Unclaimed Prize Draw Date as are necessary to distribute the prize/s, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority. If required by law or any relevant authority, the winner/s will have their name and state of residence published in accordance with the unclaimed Prize Draw Publication Details.
Unclaimed Prize Draw Date: Draws for unclaimed prizes are done on the next working day immediately after the claim date cut-off. Winners are published to the SBP website as per the standard draw.
General: We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such failure is due to the circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we waive any rights available to us under these terms and conditions on one occasion that does not mean those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: SBP reserves the right to change or modify all or any part of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
