How to Enter
To receive a FREE 6 pack of Hot Cross Buns from Bakers Delight Metcentre.
During the “Hottest Buns in Town” promotion customers:
1. Need to spend $25 or more in one transaction at eligible Metcentre retailers (excludes Woolworths and Australia Post bill payments) during the promotional dates.
2. Present your receipt to staff at Bakers Delight Metcentre between 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday during the promotional period to have it validated and receive your free gift.
Duration Of Competition
3. The competition opens at 9am on Monday 4th April 2011 and closes at 5.30pm on Friday 15th April 2011 or when all 1,000 (6 pack Hot Cross Bun) gifts are distributed, whichever comes first.
Conditions of Entry
4. Information on ‘how to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’.
5. One (1) free gift, per person, per day
6. To be eligible for a free 6 pack of Hot Cross Buns from Bakers Delight Metcentre, customers must present a valid receipt from an eligible Metcentre retailer of $25 or more to Bakers Delight Metcentre for staff to validate. All receipts will be returned to customers once stamped.
7. Receipts presented after the close date of 5.30pm on Friday 15th April 2011 will not be considered.
8. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected receipts.
9. Receipts will not be accepted via post.
10. Receipts illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way will not be considered.
11. Entry to the competition is open to all persons 18 years and over residing in Australia except employees of Metcentre Centre Management including; Owner representatives from Mirvac, MTAA & Colliers International employees employed in the Centre Management Office at Metcentre and their immediate families. Tenants of Metcentre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents and 1st cousins. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
12. Receipts from Woolworths, partial lay-bys, bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills [such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills] cannot be presented as receipts to enter.
13. If the customer is under the age of 18 years, the gift will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of receipts and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or who submits a receipt that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
15. Flavours of the Hot Cross buns issued may vary.
16. The GWP values are correct at the authorisation date of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any subsequent variation in values.
Prize Details
17. Details of the Gift With Purchase being offered:
1000 x 6 Hot Cross buns variety of flavours retail $7.00each
Total GWP on offer valued at: $7,000 incl of GST
18. The prize value is correct at the authorisation date of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any subsequent variation in value.
19. The prize is not redeemable for cash and not transferable and must be taken as offered.
Decisions made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
Liability
20. The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered [including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss] or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any food allergies that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have.
22. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval gaming authorities in NSW, where required.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required.
24. If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
