Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Australian Radio Network ACN 065 986 987, 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde,
New South Wales, 2113.

4. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any
general competition rules or terms and conditions of the Radio Station do not apply to this
Promotion.
5. Any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions is invalid.
6. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees or contractors of
the Promoter or its associated companies, employees or contractors of any agencies,
affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate
families of any such employees or contractors are not eligible to enter. Any person who
has won one or more prizes valued individually or collectively at more than $100 from the
Promoter or the Radio Stations in any promotion within the past 30 days is ineligible to
enter.
7. The Promotion commences on Tuesday 22 March and concludes on Sunday 11 September

www.96fm.com.au) enter your name, age, suburb,
mobile and home phone numbers and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
9. 25 x Team 25 prizes consisting of 1 x double pass to a WCE home game, $100 to spend on
food and non alcoholic beverages (non redeemable for cash, given as bar tab), A “gopher”
(butler) to get your food and drinks, A Team 25 shirt and cap for winner and guest, Access
onto the field for winner and guest to watch the team warm up prior to game. Each prize is
valued at $1000
10. During the promotion, 25 x winners will be selected randomly to win on the following dates
in 2011: Thurs 24 March, Thurs 2 April, Wed 27 Apr, Thurs 12 May, Thurs 19 May, Thurs
2 June, Thurs 16 June, Thurs 7 July, Thurs 4 Aug, Thurs 18 Aug
11. The prize pool will not exceed $25,000.
12. There is 25 x Prizes on offer as detailed in Point 8:
13. The total value of all prizes on offer during the Active Promotion Period is a maximum of
$25,000 and is not transferable for cash.
14. All winners will be notified by telephone and also by email.
15. Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they like. Any form of automated
entry using any other devices or software is invalid. The Promoter may verify the validity of
entries and may disqualify any entrant.
16. Prior winners on a 96fm Team 25 prize are ineligible to win again.
17. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter is
not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its control.
18. The winners will have the option of coming into 96fm to collect their prize, otherwise we
will post the prize to them using the regular Australia Post service. Once the prize leaves

the station the Radio Station accepts no responsibility for it and the prize will be not be
replaced if it goes missing in transit.
19. Upon request by the Promoter a copy of these Terms and Conditions and/or a receipt and
acknowledgement must be signed by a winner to indicate his or her acceptance of the
Terms and Conditions.
20. The Promoter may use a winner’s name, suburb of residence, likeness, or a recording of
their voice for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless
otherwise prohibited by law.
21. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss
or damage, or personal injury suffered during the course of accepting or using the prize,
except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with
the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be viewed at the website of the Radio Station at
www.96fm.com.au23. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. If the Promotion is not able to be run as planned, whether caused by computer virus, line
drop-out or congestion, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or
other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the administration, security,
fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process.
