How to enter
To be eligible to enter, simply purchase any 500g Flora pro-activ Buttery from any participating IGA or Foodland store during the Promotional Period and enter by logging onto

and following the prompts. Entrants will be required to leave their first & last name, postal address, contact details, store where it was purchased and the last 4 digits of the product barcode found on the reverse of each of the 500g Flora pro-activ Buttery during the Promotional Period;

The promotion is only available at participating stores where promotional material is visible. Consumers may enter as many times as they like but they must retain each individual receipt or clear & legible copy for each 500g Flora pro-activ Buttery purchase to verify their purchase(s) if required by the Promoter. For example if you enter 10 times, and one of those entries is drawn as a winner, you will be required to provide the original or clear & legible photocopied receipts for all 10 entries. The Promoters decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.

Terms & conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is only open to permanent residents of Australia (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees of the Promoter, participating Metcash stores, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to be eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 18/4/2011 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 22/05/2011 (“Promotional Period”).
4. Consumers can enter the promotion as many times as they like. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5. There will be 200 major prizes in total. The first 200 valid entries drawn will each win a Breville Wizz™ Mix Digital Hand Mixer BHM500 valued at RRP $89.95 AUD. Total prize pool is valued at $17,990 AUD including GST. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. The Prize Draw will take place at 11.59am AEST on 27/5/2011 at Level 3, 554 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121, Australia. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into prize draw.
7. All prize winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via mail within five (5) working days of the draw and all winners names will be published in The Australian on 03/06/11.
8.Prizes will be delivered in Australia by mail and winners should allow up to 28 days for delivery of their prize.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Entrants are limited to one entry per product purchased. Proof of purchase for every entry submitted, in the form of a photocopy of an original store purchase receipt(s), must be provided on the Promoter’s request in order to claim the prize. Where a copy of the receipt is not provided on request, or the receipt/s records a purchase outside of the promotional period, the entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be re-drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid.
12. Cost of accessing the Internet is the entrant’s responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
13. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw if necessary at the same time and place as the original draw on 29/08/11 in order to distribute any prize/s unclaimed by that date, subject however to any directions from a regulatory authority. Any winners in the unclaimed prize draw of prizes will be notified by telephone and in writing via mail within five (5) working days of the draw and have their names published in The Australian on 02/09/11.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings.  Independent financial advice should be sought.
15. A prize, or any unused portion of a prize which is not used within the specified period, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified otherwise.   
16. In the event that a prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater recommended retail value, subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
17. Prize values are correct at time of printing but the promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prizes.
18. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with taking or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
19. It is a condition of entry that the winner may be required to execute a Deed of Acknowledgement, Release and Indemnity in a form prescribed by the Promoter in its discretion.
20. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
21. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the telephone or internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the promotion. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out below. 23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
24. The winner accepts the prize at their own risk and the Promoter makes no warranties and accepts no liability in relation to the prize, its condition or fitness for any purpose.  To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this competition and/or its prizes or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its employees and agents.
