1.    Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. The competition is open to all Australian residents who have signed up to be an �Agent� on the Mission Future Toys website (www.missionfuturetoys.com.au). The competition will commence on Wednesday 4 May and end on Wednesday June 1 at 5pm. Employees of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

2.    The contest will be judged where applicable by a panel of appointed Funtastic representatives. Final judging for the following contests will take place on the 03/06/11. Where applicable each entry will be individually judged based on their literacy and creative merit. These conditions apply only to games of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each Agent may only enter once. Additional entries will be disregarded. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not redeemable for cash. Prizewinners will be notified by email on 6/6/2011 and will be published on the Mission Future Toys website (www.missionfuturetoys.com.au) on the 7/6/2011. The judge�s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. All entries entered will remain the property of the promoter and not be returned to entrant.

3.    Prizes as follows: 10 prizes will be available to win in total with 5 Spy Net packs and 5 Disney Fairy packs. The 10 most interesting and creative responses will win the following prize: Spy Net winner will receive 1 Spy Net Voice Recording Spy Pen (RRP$39.95), 1 Secret Identity Voice (RRP$16.99), and 1 Rear View Spy Glasses (RRP$9.99). Disney Fairies winner will receive, 1 Magic Glow Fairy (RRP$24.95), 1 Disney Fairies Mini Playset (RRP$39.95), and 1 4.5 inch Feature Doll with Accessories (RRP$24.95). Total Prize Pool - RRP$156.78.
