Entrants must vote for one of nine Hair Styling & Colour competition photographs Voters who provide valid contact details, as specified in the Terms & Conditions, will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw. Anonymous & international votes are permitted, but will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

TO
REVOLUTION 2011 RANDOM PRIZE DRAW
In compliance with the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987, Emm Hair Colour and Body Care is conducting a Trade Promotion Lottery according to the following specification:
Competition Name: REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw
Overview: The public are asked to vote for one of nine Hair Styling & Colour competition photographs created by Emm Hair Colour and Body Care. Voters who provide valid contact details with their vote will be automatically entered into a Random Prize Draw, to win one of fifty (50) prizes with total value of AUD$3,000. Voting and entry are free. Anonymous votes are permitted, but will not be entered into the Random Prize Draw.
Governing Rules: Trade Promotion Lottery, as defined in Western Australia by the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987.

Terms & Conditions of Entry:
1. Information on how to enter the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw forms part of the Terms & Conditions of entry. Entry into the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Entry to the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw is open to Australian residents.
3. Entry is free.
4. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
5. The Judges reserve the right to disqualify any person who exceeds the entry limit.
6. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
7. To enter the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw, entrants must vote for one of nine Hair Styling & Colour competition photographs created by Emm Hair Colour and Body Care. Voters who provide valid contact details with their vote, as specified in these Terms & Conditions, will be automatically entered into the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw.
8. Entry to the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw without voting for one of the nine Hair Styling & Colour competition photographs is not permitted.
9. Votes for the Hair Styling & Colour competition photographs, and associated entries to the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw, may be submitted by either of two different methods:
a. Online Voting at www.emm-salon.com
b. Paper Voting Form at our Cottesloe or Floreat salons
10. Votes received by any other method will not be included in the competition.
11. The cost of accessing the www.emm-salon.com website is the entrant’s responsibility via their Internet Service Provider.
12. Voters will be automatically entered into the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw if the judges deem the entry to be valid under these terms and conditions, and the following details are provided at the time of voting:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Postcode
• Telephone Number
• Email Address
13. If an entrant’s contact details change during the competition period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
15. All personal details will be kept strictly confidential.
16. The Promoter collects personal information (telephone number, email address, etc.) to enable voters to participate in the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw, but no further use of this information will be made without the voter’s prior consent. To give consent, voters may tick a box to indicate if they do not wish to be contacted in the future, except for matters relating to REVOLUTION and similar competitions.

17. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries (as deemed by the Judges) will be invalid.
18. Anonymous votes are permitted in the REVOLUTION 2011 competition, but anonymous votes will not be entered into the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw.
19. Voting period is 9.00AM (WST) on 11 April 2011 until 9.00PM (WST) on 27 May 2011.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure of equipment or programming or data transmission associated with this competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw.
21. The REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw will take place on 28 May 2011, and winners will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days.
22. The REVOLUTION 2011 Online Voting System will keep track of online votes to ensure that voting is fair for all REVOLUTION 2011 competitors.
23. The Judges reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any written or online entry which, in the opinion of the Judges, includes false, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information or identity details.
24. Voting requires that voters do not know which stylist styled each model in the REVOLUTION 2011 photoshoot. Any vote cast by a person who knows, or is suspected of knowing, the identify of a stylist and their model will be disqualified.
25. The Judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
26. There will be fifty (50) winners in total.
27. Winners will be selected by Computer-based Random Selection, which is built in to the REVOLUTION 2011 Online Voting System.
28. Employees and suppliers of Emm Hair Colour and Body Care, their partners, their friends, their family members, and individuals involved in the REVOLUTION 2011 photoshoot, are not eligible to win prizes in the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw.
29. Prizes will be awarded in the order that winning entries are randomly drawn, as follows:
• First Prize: 1 x Hair Styling & Colour or Foils, plus $200 restaurant voucher.
• Second Prizes: 4 x Hair Styling & Colour or Foils vouchers.
• Third Prizes: 10 x Hair Styling vouchers.
• Fourth Prizes: 10 x AVEDA Product Gift Packs.
• Fifth Prizes: 25 x AVEDA Treatment vouchers.
30. Only one prize per person is permitted. Any person who wins more than one prize in the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw will be awarded the prize of highest value. Remaining prizes will be returned to the prize pool and winners will be re-drawn.
31. Choice of restaurant for the $200 restaurant voucher will be selected by the Promoter.
32. Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
33. Prizes won by any person under the age of 18 years will be awarded to that person’s nominated parent or guardian.
34. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulations.
35. Any prize that is not used during the allowed time, in the allowed manner, or for the allowed purpose, will be forfeited.

36. In the event that a winner does not take any element of their prize by 30 June 2011, that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of any element of any prize.
37. Prizes which remain unclaimed or undeliverable after 30 June 2011 will be forfeited.
38. The Judges reserve the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Judges. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
39. Oversight and supervision of the REVOLUTION 2011 Online Voting System, vote counting, final determination of winners, announcement of winners, and any other matters of judgment, will be conducted by the Judges.
40. Instant disqualification will apply to any person abusing these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
41. By entering this competition, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw. Entrants release the Promoter and the Promoters related affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the competition or receipt and use of any prizes.
42. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery or gaming departments as required by law, and winners’ names will be published as required under the relevant lottery or gaming legislation.
43. The Promoter and Judges will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.
44. The REVOLUTION 2011 Random Prize Draw, including these Terms & Conditions, is governed by Western Australian law irrespective of the Country, State or Territory of residence of any entrant.
45. The Promoter is Emm Hair Colour and Body Care (ABN 22 176 491 995) of Shop 95, Floreat Forum, 5 Howtree Place, Floreat, WA 6014.
46. The Judges are Daniel Sacoor and Michele Sacoor of Emm Hair Colour and Body Care.
47. The Judges decision on any matter is final.
