All you have to do is invite as many friends as you can to join the club, and you will get a FREE packet of Yates seeds for every 2 friends who join.
When your friends join, they will be asked to enter your email address and then they will be added to your tally. If 2 friends enter your email address, we will send you a packet of flower or vegetable seeds. For every 2 additional friends who enter, you'll earn another packet of seeds. Numbers are tallied up at the end of each month and seeds sent out. It's that simple!
1.Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Invite 2 Friends to Join the Yates Garden Club and Win Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Promotion commences on 1 November 2008 at 00.01 AEST and entries close at 24:00 AEST on 31 December 2011 (Promotion Period).
3.Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are members of the Yates Garden Club (Club Members). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and their agencies and companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

Sign in at the Promotion Website by entering your email address and password.
Insert the full names and a correct email address for at least 2 friends. Each friend must not be an existing Club Member and must have agreed to receive an email from you (Friends).
An email message to be sent to your Friends will appear on the screen and you must review the email to be sent to your Friends and then press 'Send' confirming that the email and the Friend's details are correct.
Each Friend will be sent an email containing an invitation to become a Yates Garden Club Member. Friends can join the Yates Garden Club by following the link to the Promotion Website, completing the registration form and inserting the name of the person who introduced them to the Yates Garden Club.
5.Entrants may enter the Promotion more than once, but each entry must contain unique, valid email addresses for the entrant's Friends. Multiple email addresses for the same person are not allowed.
6.If the entrant's 2 Friends register as new Yates Garden Club Members in response to the invitation and elect to receive further communications from the Yates Garden Club, the entrant will receive a packet of Yates Seed to the value of at least $2.55. The entrant can choose to receive a packet of flower or vegetable seeds, however the specific variety is chosen by Yates. There is no limit on the number of seeds to be given away during the Promotion Period. The Promoter will honour every valid claim received from entrants during the Promotion Period who have complied with the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
7.The Promoter will not be responsible for lost seeds.
8.The value of the prize is accurate at the date of printing. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable). The Promoter will award the seeds in the second week of the following month of entry each month.
9.The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
10.The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrants which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, including verifying the entrant's Club Member status.
11.The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
12.If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
13.Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
14.The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs/ viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
15.The Promoter and its agents will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16.Entrants acknowledge that any emails they send to a Friend as part of this Promotion will be limited to those persons who have consented to receiving them.
17.All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant's personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner and disclosing the entrant's personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter's privacy policy (which is available on request).By entering into this promotion you consent to receiving future emails and marketing communications from the Yates Garden Garden Club.
An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
