14.If the winner is from the Queensland then the prize does not include airfares and return private car transfers and the airfare/return private car transfer components of the prize are not redeemable for cash.
15.Additional spending money, additional meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and his/her companion, as incurred. Prize must be taken by 31/03/12. All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or during the 2011 Gold Coast 600 Motor Race event.
16.All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or its agents. In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. The Promoter strongly recommends that the winner and his/her companion take out travel insurance for their period of travel. The winner (and his/her companion) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documentation. The winner (and his/her companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
17.If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
18.Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.

11.Every valid claim received will be awarded a $50 balance on an e-voucher account. The e-voucher can only be redeemed on the
www.holidaysonsale.com.au website. The Promoter will contact the successful claimant and provide details of how to redeem the e-voucher on the
www.holidaysonsale.com.au website. The e-voucher is valid until 31/03/12, subject to booking availability.
12.The e-voucher must be booked for a holiday with a minimum of two (2) nights accommodation and must be used for one (1) holiday only. Only one (1) voucher can be used towards each holiday booking. All bookings and documentation regarding the reward must be made via Holidays On Sale or its agents. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the e-voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the e-voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the e-voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the e-voucher.
13.If the claimant of a reward is under the age of 18 years, the reward will be awarded to the claimant's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
