Hopefully I'm not being an idiot but what's their email? They have a contact form on their site but I'm not sure if that's what they mean.

Also, did anyone get a confirmation of subscription email because nothing arrived in my inbox/spam folder?

Hi there i clicked on the contact us  on the bottom of their site and requested the opener and i received a email back the next day confirming that they will send one out to me the next day.. hope this helps
