    To receive your free Scotch® Magic™ 900 sample go on-line to www.3mpromotions.com.au/scotch-magic-900 and complete the form.

    One sample per individual. Sample are available for the first 250 participants or whilst stocks last.

    No liability for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the sample, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

    By completing the form, each individual consents to the information they submit being entered into a database so that the individual may participate in the promotion. 3M may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and to provide you with product and promotional updates without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the individual, including sending electronic messages. All personal details of the individuals provided by completing the survey will be stored at the office of 3M.
