Terms and ConditionsWin a Huggies New Baby Gift Pack Promotion1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win a Huggies New Baby Gift Pack Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 10:00:00 AEST on 23rd June 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 AEDT on 11th January 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. To enter, entrants must:

c. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
d. Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
e. Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 19 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
e. Simply fill in the entry form and share in 25 words or less, What is the most useful gift you have received during your pregnancy or shortly after the birth of your baby? (‘*Promotion Question*’); and
f. submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button.
4. Consumers are eligible to enter once per day for the duration of the promotion.
5. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize
with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by Promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter, as follows:
• Entries received 21 June – 31 July 2011 will be judged by 10 August 2011
• Entries received 1 – 30 August 2011 will be judged by 14 September 2011
• Entries received 1 – 30 September 2011 will be judged by 12 October 2011
• Entries received 1 – 31 October 2011 will be judged by 16 November 2011
• Entries received 1 – 30 November 2011 will be judged by 14 December 2011
• Entries received 1 December – 11 January 2012 will be judged by 18 January 2012
8. There will be 10 winners of a prize for each month. There are a total of 60 winners in the entire promotion.
9. Each Winner will receive a Huggies New Baby Gift Pack valued at $24.99. The total prize pool is valued at $1499.40. The Huggies New Baby Gift Pack Prize includes:

10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.com.au) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
11. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 7 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
13. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
