"WIN YOUR STYLE ICON WARDROBE" PROMOTION Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion commences on 04/08/2011 and entries close 10:00pm AEST on 30/09/2011 ("Promotional Period").
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The promotion will be promoted through online channels including Shop Til You Drop, Cosmopolitan, Styleziller, The Style Collective, The Vine, Sound Alliance, Adconion, The Performance Factory, Facebook, Google and Twitter. This does not constitute a relationship with these companies beyond a supplier agreement.
To enter, individuals must sign up to Thread People. For every additional friend they invite to join Thread People the participant will receive one additional entry during the Promotional Period. Thread People reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The draw will take place at Level 1, Suite 10, 140 Cleveland Street St Chippendale NSW 2065 03/10/2011 at 10am AEST. Winners will be notified in writing by email within two (1) days of the draw and winners' names will be published on the

Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
Total prize is valued at $3500. The winner, in agreement with the Promoter, can decide to transfer the prize to someone else who is willing to take the prize as stipulated in Clause 6 above.
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
