Meant to also report back about the 2UE competition on Saturday. They had the main prize which was the bed and then each half hour they would draw other prizes, mainly smaller things. One woman won a washing machine on the wheel and then she also won the bed! We had fun and enjoyed the free brekky!
Those sorts of wins are great fun, yasimum - prizes or experiences that money can't buy. I so agree that it's like Christmas whenever you win stuff - for me, it makes up for the lack of inspired giftgiving in my mostly-male household!!! My husband hates buying gifts, so this way I get what I want and share prizes with friends and family, which is such a buzz.
