PARTICIPATION
1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
ENTRY
1. Promotion commences 3/10/2011 12:00pm and closes 11:59am AEDST on 31/10/2011 ("Promotional Period").
2. Individual entrants can enter through the "Persecution of Rommy Gulla" application ("Application") on the Facebook Platform, located on the "Rommy Persecution" tab on the Panasonic page ("Page") on Facebook (
www.facebook.com/panasonicaustralia).

Entrants must "Like" the Page and agree to allow the Application before proceeding to submit any entry.
4. During each week of the Promotional Period, entrants will have the opportunity to gain entries into four (4) separate components: (i) a Weekly Draw; (ii) a Supporters Award Draw; (iii) a Sharing Award Draw; and, (iv) a Persecutors Award Draw. Entries for each component in each week close at 11:59am AEDST on 10/10/2011, 17/10/2011, 24/10/2011 and 31/10/2011. Further, all entrants who have correctly entered all four (4) Weekly Draws in accordance with Clause 9 below will be entered into the Major Prize Draw.

Multiple entries into each component are permitted, subject to each entry being submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

To enter a Weekly Draw, entrants must, prior to the close date for that Weekly Draw as set out above, view the two videos that have been uploaded to the Application for that Weekly Draw, then follow the prompts to correctly answer the multiple choice questions provided and complete the requested details (including a valid and current email address).
7. To enter a Supporters Award Draw, entrants must, prior to the close date for that Supporters Award Draw as set out above, use the "support" tools available in the Application to receive an entry into the Supporters Award Draw. Upon use of the support tools for the first time, entrants may be prompted to provide contact details (including a valid and current email address) to the Promoter for the purposes of being contacted for the purposes set out herein.
8. To enter a Sharers Award Draw, entrants must, prior to the close date for that Sharers Award Draw as set out above, use the "share" function available in the Application to receive an entry into the Supporters Award Draw. Upon use of the share function for the first time, entrants may be prompted to provide contact details (including a valid and current email address) to the Promoter for the purposes of being contacted for the purposes set out herein.
9. To be eligible to enter a Persecutors Award Draw, entrants must, prior to the close date for that Persecutors Award Draw, submit a suggested persecution for Rommy Gulla via the Application. Upon submission of a persecution suggestion for the first time, entrants may be prompted to provide contact details (including a valid and current email address) to the Promoter for the purposes of being contacted for the purposes set out herein. Suggested persecutions will be displayed on the Application, where they will be both: (i) assessed by the Promoter; and (ii) ranked by individuals via a "promotion/demotion" function available in the Application.
10. To increase or decrease a ranking for a persecution suggestion, individuals may, during the Promotional Period, visit the Application and use the promotion and demotion function provided in the Application to either increase or decrease a suggestion's rank in the overall list of received suggestions. For the sake of clarity, each time an individual "promotes" a suggestion its rank increases, and vice versa with regards to when a suggestion is "demoted". A limit of five (5) promotions or demotions per suggestion per person applies. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any promotions or demotions which it reasonably suspects have been submitted using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information and/or votes that have been submitted through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts.
11. The five (5) persecution suggestions that are ranked the highest prior to each weekly close date for a Persecutors Award Draw will be entered into that Persecutors Award Draw. For the avoidance of doubt, rankings for non-winning persecution suggestions each week will carry over into the following week.
12. Further to the above, the Promoter may, at its discretion, elect to award a "Good One" icon to any persecution suggestion. Any suggestion that receives a "Good One" icon prior to the close date for a Persecutors Award Draw, and has not already been entered into the relevant Persecutors Award Draw in accordance with Clause 14 above, will be entered into that Persecutors Award Draw.
13. Entry and continued participation in the promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at

DRAWS
1.
Each draw will take place at 3pm AEDST at Handling Matters, Unit 1, 3 Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100. Weekly Draws, Support Award Draws, Sharers Award Draws and Persecution Award Draws will each take place on 12/10/2011, 19/10/2011, 26/10/2011 and 2/11/2011 (1 of each draw per date). The Major Prize Draw will take place on 9/11/2011. 2. All winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the relevant draw and their names will be published under the "Winners, Prizes and Stuff" tab on the Page on 14/10/2011, 21/10/2011, 28/10/2011, 4/11/2011 and 11/11/2011 (Major Prize winner). In the event any winners are residents of VIC their name will also be published in The Age on 18/11/2011.
3. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. The first valid entry drawn in each Supporters Award Draw will each win a Panasonic Full HD Tough Mobile Camera (HM-TA20) valued at $299 RRP.
3. The first valid entry drawn in each Sharing Award Draw will each win a pair of Panasonic Full Size Premium Noise Cancelling Headphones (RP-HC700) valued at $329 RRP.
4. The first valid entry drawn in each Persecutors Award Draw will each win a Panasonic Compact Bluetooth Stereo System (SC-HC55) valued at $399 RRP.

6. Total prize pool value is $14,001. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
7. If the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner's behalf.
8. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
GENERAL
1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
2. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 29/02/2012 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Any winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published under the "Winners, Prizes and Stuff" tab on the Page on 02/03/2012. In the event any winners are residents of VIC their name will also be published in The Age on 09/03/2012.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
4. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
