HOW TO ENTER
ONLINE ENTRY: Simply purchase $5 or more at any Coles Express Store (excludes purchases using
Shell Card, Fleet Card, Motorpass and Motorcharge and excludes all fuel, tobacco, lottery, telco and
itunes purchases) between 18/08/11 and 5/10/11, then log onto
www.colesexpress.com.au/ferrariexperience and complete the online entry form (be sure to enter the
receipt number and 4 digit store number from your store sales receipt). Entries close 6/10/11 at 12 midday
(AEST). Entrants must be 18 years or older.
NB: Only one entry is permitted per receipt of $5 or more spent at a Coles Express store. Please retain a
photocopy of your receipt, as proof of purchase for each entry submitted will be requested to claim a prize.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions. Entry into this competition is
deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this
competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be over 18 years to enter.
3. Competition commences 18/08/11 and closes in-store 5/10/11 (Promotional Period). Entries close
6/10/11 at 12 midday (AEST). Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter in its
promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
4. The competition includes 7 separate prize draws to be conducted on the following dates: 26/08/11,
2/09/11, 9/09/11, 16/09/11, 23/09/11, 30/09/11, 7/10/11. Entries will be included in the first available
prize draw after they are submitted. Each draw will take place at 10.30am at Focal Promotions Suite 1,
20 Wangara Road, Sandringham VIC 3191. Winners of each draw will be notified by certified mail and
names of winners will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper seven days after each draw on the
following dates: 2/09/11, 9/09/11, 16/09/11, 23/09/11, 30/09/11, 7/10/11 and 14/10/11.
5. You may enter as many times as you like provided that each entry is a separate online entry and includes
the 4 digit Store number and a valid Receipt Number. Only one entry is permitted per $5 transaction. No
individual receipt can be used for entry qualification more than once. In order to be eligible to claim a
prize, winning entrants will be required to provide proof of purchase for each entry submitted by
presenting the original or a photocopy of their Coles Express receipt.
6. The first valid entry randomly drawn in each prizedraw will win a Ferrari Weekend Escape for two valued
at up to $5279. The prize includes return economy airfares for 2 adults to Sydney from the capital city
nearest to the winner’s place of residence; return airport/accommodation transfers, 2 night’s
accommodation in two 4.5 star hotels, breakfasts, dinner (Saturday night) (total cost of up to $2299) and
a Ferrari Drive experience (valued at $2980). Prize does not include spending money, other meals,
drinks, transport to and from departure point, insurance, or any other ancillary costs, which are the sole
responsibility of the winner. Prize is valid for 6 months from 1/09/11 and is subject to flight and
accommodation conditions, black out periods and availability. Total prize pool: 7 prizes. Maximum total
value of prize pool is $36,953. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Only 1 prize per household will be awarded (SA residents may win more than one prize). The promoter’s
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize must be taken as single trip, any part of
the prize not taken is forfeited. Redemption of Ferrari Drive component of prize is subject to separate
Prancing Horse Ferrari Weekend Escape terms and conditions (for both the winner and their companion)
which are available at
www.prancinghorse.com.au.
These conditions include the requirement that to be permitted to drive the Ferrari vehicle the driver must
be at least 30 years and no older than 75 years, and must have held a current drivers licence for a
minimum period of 3 years. The minimum age for any non-driving passenger is 15 years. There is also a
$10,000 maximum excess for any at fault accident and optional insurance cover is available via the prize
provider subject to acceptance of terms. Insurance claims may require payment of specific excess. These
are the responsibility of the drivers and their companions as incurred.
7. In the unfortunate event of a 'cancellation’ (due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather/road
closures/mechanical repairs), Prancing Horse will notify the winner and an alternative date will be
advised. The redemption of the Prize will be postponed at the cost of the Promoter.
8. In each of the 7 prize draws a ’reserve winner’ (next valid entry randomly drawn) will be selected. In the
event a prizewinner cannot be located within 3 months of the original draw date the winner’s entry will
be deemed invalid and the ‘reserve winner’ will win the prize.
9. Where requested, the winner and participants must sign and return any liability release provided by the
Promoter as a condition of the prize being awarded. If a winner fails to sign and return any such
release, the winner forfeits the prize.
10. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek
independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
11. Values of prizes are shown as a guide only, were correct at the time of printing and include GST where
applicable. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Should the items
specified in item 6 above be unavailable or superseded the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a
prize of a similar replacement type and value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each
State and Territory, where relevant.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or
technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers,
computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestions on the Internet or at any website,
or any combination thereof, including but not limited to, any injury or damage to participants or any other
person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this
competition.
13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to,
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any
other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written
directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition.
14. Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the
Internet service provider used.
15. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, costs or damage whatsoever
which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or incurred by the winner or
companion, or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking a prize or the
postponement of redemption of a prize.
16. Protecting your personal information - Eureka Operations Pty Ltd (Coles Express) may use winners’
names and photographs for publicity purposes without compensation. Information contained on entries
may be entered into a database and the Promoter and its related companies may use that information
for research, promotional and marketing purposes. Information contained on the entries will be used
exclusively by the Promoter and its related companies and not provided to any other party except for
prize fulfillment purposes. Please contact the promoter at the address provided below if you do not wish
your information to be used by the Promoter for future promotional and marketing purposes. A request
to access, correct or update any personal information should also be directed to the promoter.
