Below are the rules that apply to all the competitions that appear on the Website
Official Gift Rules and Steps to Redeem your Gift:
1. The prize is $1000.00 cash provided by ("GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD"), registered in Australia with company ABN 13 791 900 169 whose registered address is 107 Upton St, Bundall QLD 4217, Australia
2. Go and Get Staffed Pty Ltd is an Australian website and unless otherwise stated all competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
3. No purchase is necessary to participate in the competitions.
4. To register you must register as a Job Seeker and Post a Profile on the Site. Only one account is permitted per Job Seeker on the Site.
5. Entries are made by filling in the appropriate online Job seekers registration form and post a Job seekers Profile on
www.goandgetstaffed.com.au . Entries including false details will be disregarded as will any that are automated or mechanically made. Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits. GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds, and all such decisions will be final and not subject to appeal.
6. Any person connected with Go and Get Staffed Pty Ltd, its subsidiaries, or any of the competition sponsors or prize suppliers is ineligible to participate in the competitions in any way whatsoever, nor may he/she collect any prizes in conjunction with any promotions, and/or competitions on the Website.
7. Prize winners will be selected with our random number generator software.
8. The competitions will be conducted between (1st October 2011 and 30th November 2011).
9. There is no minimum or maximum number of entrants for any competition. The chances of any particular entrant depend on the total number of entrants for that competition. Prize winners will be notified by phone, sms, or e-mail and regular mail.
10. Draw Details: Entries close at midnight on (30th November 2011). The winner will be drawn (10am) (1st December 2011). At location corporate suite 1 freshwater Point 33 T.E. Peters Drive Broadbeach Queensland 4218 Australia.
11. The draw results will publicised on
www.goangetstaffed.com.au on the (1st December 2011). If you are a prize winner, simply follow the instructions provided with notification of your prize and your prize will be sent to you within 14 days of GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD's valid receipt of notification of your address.
12. Only one prize may be awarded per household for each competition. Prize winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes in any jurisdiction where they reside and/or receive the prize.
13. By submitting information or an entry each visitor to
www.goandgetstaffed.com.au agrees to receive and consider offers as stated in the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and sponsored competitions questionnaires. Such offers will be sent only by GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD, its sponsors, its clients or its affiliated companies. Individuals may opt out of Go and Get Staffed Pty Ltd promotional emails by sending notification to us at
info@goandgetstaffed.com.au. Individuals may opt out of sponsor, client, and affiliated company' promotional emails by following each such company's individual unsubscribe procedures.
14. The prize winner's name(s) in respect of any competition will also be published on
www.goandgetstaffed.com.au for not less than 3 months following the competition in question
15. Entrants agree that by entering a competition their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing and sending offers and other information. GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD may also pass entrants details to selected third parties to use for the same purposes, but always strictly in line with its Privacy Policy and any opt in boxes that entrants have ticked. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.
16. GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD has the right to take photographs of competition winners and to use those photographs and the names and images of such winners to publicise online, in e-mails and through any other media its competitions and other products. Individuals should not enter competitions if they do not agree to this use of their image for publicity purposes.
17. Subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Department and any relevant laws or regulations, GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD may suspend or terminate any competition at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which grounds may include without limitation a competition (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to , or affected by, any denial-of service attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD competition rules.

19. If GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD incurs any liability to you under a law referred to in clause 18 above or otherwise, GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD's liability will be limited to the supply of goods or services equivalent to those agreed to be supplied under these GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD competition rules, or the cost of supplying such goods or services as per these GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD competition rules.
20. As a condition of your entry into any competition, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
21. GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD is not affiliated with the manufacturer or provider of any prize nor with any of the third parties appearing in the marketing promotional copy unless otherwise indicated.
22. Unclaimed prizes will be retained for a minimum period of 3 months at which point GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD will, subject to any laws or regulations requiring a different course of action, conduct a re-draw of the prize or prizes. 23. Entry requires you to consider various third party promotional offers. By registering, you consent to receive information and offers from GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD and third party promoters about products or services that you indicate interest in. Neither GO AND GET STAFFED PTY LTD,
www.goandgetstaffed.com,au competition, nor the promoter is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the listed products or retailers. Trademarks, logos, and the names of products and retailers are the property of their respective owners.
