Step 1 Fill out your details and then submit a photo + description (25 words or less) describing your family’s top tip for healthy living.
Step 2 Share your entry with your family or friends and once they ‘like’ the Bupa Australia page they will be able to vote for you.
WIN! If your entry gets the most votes, you’ll win a prize pack consisting of a $400 voucher for either Rebel Sport or Coles Myer and a Wise Talk family boardgame.

- Get some healthy living inspiration by viewing the tips that have been submitted by others. Once the voting period opens, you’ll be able to voice your opinion on which you think is best.

- At the end of 2 weeks we will announce a winner and then the competition starts again so you can submit another tip and have another chance to win!
Official Rules1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotional Period: The Family Choice Awards Facebook competition dates are as follows:
(i) Sub Promotional Period 1 commences at 12.00 am AEST on 08/08/2011 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 02/10/2011 (“SPP1”) and,
(ii) Sub Promotional Period 2 commences at 12.00am on 03/10/2011 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 11/12/2011 (“SPP2”).
3. Eligibility: Entry is open only to Australian residents, 13 years or over, who are physically residing in Australia. Officers, directors, and employees of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this Promotion or their immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related) are eligible to enter and participate in the competition but are ineligible to win any prizes set out in these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
4. How to Enter: You must be an Australian Resident. You must be over 13 years of age to enter. For a valid entry to the Promotion, entrants must:
(i) Become a fan of the Bupa Australia Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/BupaAustralia) by clicking the ‘Like’ icon.
(ii) Submit your family’s top tip for healthy living in 25 words or less together with a photo of your family. Both the photo and the top tip must be submitted at the time of entry in order to be eligible for this Promotion. Entrants must have permission of any person featured in the photo before it is uploaded;
(iii) Share your entry with your family and friends on Facebook and invite them to “Like” the Bupa Australia Facebook page so that they will be able to vote for you.
5. Only entrants who meet all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions are eligible to win.
6. This is a game of skill and will be judged on the merit of the most deserving entry as determined by the highest number of votes received from Bupa Australia Facebook Fans.

8. If any Submission / Entry contains material that is violent, pornographic, obscene, illegal, inappropriate, or racially or morally offensive or if any Submission does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or meet Promoters’ standards for any reason, as determined by Promoters in their sole discretion, such Submissions (and the related Entries) may be rejected as ineligible for consideration. Promoters reserve the right to disqualify entrants for not meeting any of the requirements outlined above or for any other reason, in Promoters’ sole discretion. Entries must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Promoters shall have no obligation to copy, publish, display, or otherwise exploit the Submissions.
9. Entries or voting generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. Any entry we deem in our sole judgement to be an attempt to cheat or gain an unfair advantage will be invalid.
10. There are nine (9) prizes to be given away during the two Sub Promotional periods valued at $425 (inc GST). Each prize will consist of: (i) one (1) $400 Rebel Sport Gift Voucher, and (ii) one (1) Wise Talk Education Game valued at $25 (inc GST ) The total value of the prize pool is $3,825.
11. One Prize will be awarded per fortnight during the Sub Promotional Periods. Winning entrants will be published on the Bupa Australia Facebook page at the conclusion of each fortnightly period.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the prize or substitute the Prize for a similar Prize in the event that the Prize or any element of the Prize becomes unavailable. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
13. Voting for entries is limited to one vote per person however may be subject to change. Any changes will be announced on the Bupa Australia Facebook page.
14. Where the prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter will award the prize to the next entrant with the most number of votes for that fortnight, during that particular Sub Promotional period.
15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity): whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control): (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; © any recommendation or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner; (f) use of the prize. The Promoter makes no express representation or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of the prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility in regard to the condition and/or fitness of the prize. The winner should look to the supplier for all warranties and claims.
16.The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photograph or the use of the name, likeness, images/and or voice for publicity purposes for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of promoting this promotion (including any outcome).
17. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, and publicity purposes, including sending electronic messages to the entrants. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. If you do not provide the personal information requested you may not be able to participate in this promotion.
