RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Western Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any
prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition
run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY During the Registration Period, 92.9 will air a promo soliciting listeners to enter
the Competition by registering their details at the website including the
following information:

(d) Postcode
(e) Contact Telephone Number
(f) Email address
Entrants will also be required to upload a photo of their pet dressed up for
Halloween to be eligible to win.

ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS All entries received will be judged subject to criteria set out by the promoter.
Entries deemed the most creative and relevant by the judges will be
awarded the Major prize.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS The prize draw will take place at 10.00am on Monday 31st of October 2011
at 92.9 of 450 Roberts Road, Subiaco WA 6008.
There will be three (3) winners drawn.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS There will be three(3) prizes in total. One (1) major prize and two (2) minor
prizes.
The major prize will consist of the following:
One (1) x $1,000 Cash Cheque.
The minor prize will consist of the following:
One (1) x $500 Cash Cheque.
Total value of all prizes: $2,000

dressed up for Halloween. By submitting a photo, the promoter may or may
not choose to display your photo in a gallery on the 92.9 website

In the instance that you win, you must collect your prize at 92.9 FM of 450
Roberts Road, Subiaco WA 6008. Prizes cannot be mailed and you will need
to collect your prize within 3 months of notification.
Cheque or EFT transfers may take a maximum of (28) twenty-eight days to
process.
