Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The competition commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday 14th October 2011, and closes 5pm AEST on Monday October 31st 2011.

2. To be eligible to win the prize you must "like" Sambag on Facebook by clicking the link http://www.facebook.com?#!?pages?Sambag?120524711344298

3. The prize winner will be notified via Facebook on November 1st 2011. Sambag accepts no responsibility for unread, undelivered or incorrectly provided contact information. Contact via reply email to online@sambag.com.au from the winner must be made within 48 hours of announcement otherwise a new winner will be drawn and notified.

4. The result of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is, in total, 12 pairs of ballet flat shoes valued at $175 each or less, total prize value maximum $2100. Each pair will be delivered direct to the prize winner once per month, commencing November 2011 for twelve months until October 2012.

5. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or sold. The ballets must be chosen in the first week of every month, from available online stock, and will be posted to the prize winner’s address via Toll Ipec Priority courier service. Sambag cannot ship to PO Boxes and accepts no responsibility for lost, undelivered items or incorrectly provided mailing address details.

6. The Promoter (Sambag) reserves the right to re assign the prize awarded in the event of an eligible entrant being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize.

7. By entering this competition you are aware that by "liking" Sambag on Facebook you are likely to be notified of Sambag posts, photo uploads, new styles and promotional material in your Facebook newsfeed - however you are free to "unlike" the company page at any time.
