KIDSPOT More Time For Me Time Competitions Terms and Conditions 1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

The competitions are open to all residents of Australia that are over the age of 18 years and are members of Kidspot Social, except employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.3. Promotion commences at on 4th October, 2011 (AEST)

5. To enter the three minor weekly KIDSPOT More Time For Me Time competitions, entrants must answer the weekly topic question posted in the More Time For Me Time group at Kidspot Social, in 100 words or less.
6. Weekly winners will be announced in the competition topic within 48 hours of the competition ending.
7. To enter the major KIDSPOT More Time For Me Time Competition, members must answer the Major Competition topic question posted in the More Time For Me Time group at Kidspot Social, in 100 words or less: Tell us what you would do with more Me Time?
8. The Major Competition will commence 4th October, 2011 (AEST) and end at 11.59pm on 1st November, 2011 (AEST)
9. Multiple entries are permitted in each promotion, subject to the following:
a) each entry must be substantially unique; and
b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
c) weekly competitions are limited to 3 entries per Kidspot Social Member
d) major competition entries are unlimited – members may enter as many times as they wish
10. Incomplete, illegible and inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
11. If the entry is deemed inappropriate or offensive, it will be removed by Kidspot administrators at their discretion.
12. The winner's profile photo and details may be posted to the Kidspot Facebook page as well as across various Kidspot communication channels.

The 49 winners of the weekly KIDSPOT More Time For Me Time minor competitions will each win one Cadbury Dairy Milk Mousse Chocolate pamper pack containing one block of Cadbury Dairy Milk Mousse Chocolate, one Cadbury Dairy Milk Mousse Chocolate pen and one Aesop Jet Set Travel Skincare Kit valued at $37 (RRP).

14. The weekly winners will be chosen from the pool of all entries in the current competition each week, and each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creative merit and alignment with the weekly competition entry theme.
15. At the end of the four week Major Competition promotion period, a panel of judges appointed by the Promoters will choose one major winner from the pool of all valid comments entered into the KIDSPOT More Time For Me Time major competition topic over the duration of the competition. Judging will take place at Kidspot, Level 5, 14 Queens Road, Melbourne Victoria 3004. The winners will be announced in the More Time For Me Time group within 3 days of the competition ending, and notified by email. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creative merit and alignment with the competition entry theme.
16. Prizing for the KIDSPOT More Time For Me Time Major Competition includes:
- one pamper pack valued at $50 including one block of Cadbury Dairy Milk Mousse Chocolate, one Cadbury Dairy Milk Mousse Chocolate pen and one Aesop Jet Set Travel Skincare Kit ($37 RRP); and
- 6 months’ worth of vouchers for fortnightly domestic/housekeeping service from Dial-An-Angel, including live out domestic/housekeeping assistance* for a free standing dwelling being cleaned fortnightly where the client receiving the service supplies products and equipment. The total Dial-An-Angel voucher value for the above prize is $1,252 and includes the following service:
a) Dial-An-Angel Description of General Domestic Cleaning:
All external surfaces within the house are cleaned including the skirting boards, window-sills, inside window glass and mirrors and/or furniture polishing where required. Angels are required to tidy prior to cleaning. Angels may be requested to include shopping, washing, ironing and family meal preparation.
Rules for this service type:
• Minimum call out charge of 3 hours per visit
• Step-stools and small A frame ladders of no more than 3 steps may be used
b) General Dial-an-Angel Terms and Conditions
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift vouchers will be valid Monday to Sunday (bookings cannot be supplied on public holidays).
- Products and equipment for General Domestic Cleaning and Handyman / Gardener bookings will need to be supplied by client.
- Loadings apply to all bookings scheduled outside normal office hours. Additional charges apply, at winner’s expense, if Angels are required to use their own cars in the course of their duties. The current rate is $0.88 per kilometer including GST.
c) Dial-an-Angel do not operate in Tasmania or the Northern Territory. Should the winner reside in Tasmania or the Northern Territory, Dial-an-Angel will advertise and employ a local Angel for the duration.
d) Vouchers for prizing will be delivered by post.
16. All Kidspot Social competition winners must:
a) Agree to have their entry featured on the Kidspot Social homepage
b) Be agreeable to the usage of their profile photo and details within Kidspot onsite creative, editorial features and email communication
c) Provide all necessary contact details to allow for prize delivery and communication with Kidspot in relation to the KIDSPOT More Time For Me Time competitions.
d) Be agreeable to their contact details being provided to Kidspot (Promoter) for the purposes of prize fulfillment.
17. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. All of the KIDSPOT More Time For Me Time competitions are a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
19. The Entrant’s entry must be original and must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to seek a declaration from any entrant that their entry complies with this clause.
20. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
22. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner. If the prize is forfeited within twenty four business hours of the notification taking place, a re-judging will occur immediately.
23. Any costs associated with accessing the Kidspot website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
24. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
25. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
26. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (and their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (g) the prize and/ or (h) participation in the promotion.
