Entry can be made by directly visiting the Panadol Australia "Win" application ("Application") on the Facebook Platform. Individuals can locate the "Win" tab on the Panadol Australia Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/panadolaustralia) on the Facebook Platform Entry. Alternatively individuals can visit
www.inspiringeverybody.com.au to be directed to the Panadol Australia Facebook page.
To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period,
"Like" the Panadol Australia page, click on the "Win" tab, via the Application, input the requested details and submit the entry form to be entered into the draw. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries which it reasonably suspects have been submitted using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information and/or votes that have been submitted through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts, including but not limited to social networking accounts.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one (1) entry permitted per person. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Facebook account is held.
The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 3, Erina Plaza 210 The Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 on 20/12/11 at 11:00am AEDST. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their names (for prizes over $250) will be published in The Australian on 29/12/11.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 20/3/12 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their names (for prizes over $250) will be published in The Australian on 3/4/12.
