The competition runs from 9am 7 October to midnight 10 November. Winners will be announced here and on the Broadway on the Mall Facebook page on 11 November.

3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Entry is only open to QLD residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of Broadway on the Mall, retailers (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. Promotion commences 9am (Queensland time) on 7/10/11 and closes at midnight (Queensland time) on 10/11/11 (“Promotional Period”). This promotion may be extended at the discretion of Broadway on The Mall Centre Management.
6. To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, enter the promotion by posting on the Broadway on the Mall Facebook wall (
www.facebook.com/broadwayonthemall) listing which store they would like to spend $100.
7. There will be three (3) winning entries only and three (3) prizes only.
8. Prizes consist of a $100 gift voucher or card redeemable at the winner’s choice of Broadway on the Mall retailer.
9. Total prize pool value is AUD RRP $300.
10. The Promoter does not guarantee availability of vouchers from all retailers in the centre.
11. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
12. All prizes offered by Broadway on the Mall are in good faith and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
13. Printing errors and other quality control matters will not be used as reasons for refusing redemption of prize.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
15. Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
16. Broadway on the Mall will not accept responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not properly completed or displayed.
17. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected on 11 November 2011 at Level 6, 345 Queen Street, Brisbane 4000. The Promoter reserves the right to select additional reserve entries in each draw and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Non-winning entries in each draw will be entered into subsequent draws.
18. Winners do not have to be present at the prize draw to claim their prizes.
19. Winners’ names will be published on the Broadway on the Mall Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/broadwayonthemall) and Broadway on the Mall website (
www.broadwayonthemall.com.au) on November 11 2011.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any prize / voucher is not included. Any unused balance of any prize / voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of any voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
22. Winners will be responsible for liaising with Broadway on the Mall Centre Management to arrange redemption of their prize. Broadway on the Mall Centre Management Office operates standard business hours only. Centre Management can be contacted on (07) 3229 9755. Proof of identity to match the entry form must be provided to Broadway on the Mall Centre Management before the prize will be awarded.
23. The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person as a result of the use of, or in connection with the prize, including loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence, but not including liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24. This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only.
25. In the case of a dispute or challenge, the decision of the Senior Marketing Manager of Broadway on the Mall will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
26. Winners will be responsible for pick up and delivery of their prize.
27. All prizes must be collected by close of business on 24 November 2011, if this does not occur a redraw will take place.
28. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 25 November 2011 at the same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be announced on the Broadway on the Mall Facebook page on this day.
29. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
30. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
31. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and Facebook (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s or Facebook’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
32. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
33. The laws of the State of Queensland, Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
