TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter, log onto
www.molmic.com.au and follow the prompts to the registration page. Register your details (including name, address, email address and day time telephone number) Submit your completed entry as directed.
4. The promoter's decisions are final and binding. The promoter will not enter into any correspondence. All decisions are made at the sole and absolute discretion of the promoter.
5. The promotion commences 9:00am, AEST 3 October 2011, and closes at 11:59pm, AEST 7 November 2011. The winners will be notified by telephone and in writing using contact details provided in their entry.
6. The total value of the Prize is AUS $5000.00
7. For the removal of doubt, the Prize does not include:
(a) Molmic will not deliver outside 100km radius of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth
(b) any other ancillary or incidental expenses incurred in connection with the prize, whether before, during or after
(c) any ongoing maintenance costs;
(d) any costs in excess of the allocated budget per component of the prize or
(e) any other ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize.
8. The Prize must be redeemed by 3 October 2012.
9. The winner will have a choice of specific colours. These lists will be provided by the Molmic at the time of winner notification. If the winner chooses a specific item outside of the current fee budget provided in the prize winning package, the winner will need to pay the difference and these costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
10. All prize items are valued in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prize item values stipulated in the above Condition 7 are based on the recommended retail prices as at the time of writing. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variations in prize values between such time and the date of prize redemption. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that the Prize Winner does not take or redeem a component of the Prize by 10 October 2012, that component will be forfeited by the Prize Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that component. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
11. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
12. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoters, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element.
13. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, the Promoters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) redemption of a prize and/ or (g) participation in the promotion.
15. The Promoters collect personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoters may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoters.
16. All entries become the property of the Promoters. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition are governed by Molmic.
17. By entering the competition and providing an email address, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoters other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
