1.This promotion ("Promotion") is conducted by Reckitt Benckiser (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 17 003 274 655 ("RB"), of 44 Wharf Rd, West Ryde, NSW 2114 Australia ("Promoter").
2.Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these terms and conditions.
3.The Promotion is only open to Eligible Entrants. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who is an Australian resident aged 18 years or older as at time of entry, excluding any: (i) employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or the participating outlets or any of their agencies associated with the Promotion; (ii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iii) person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter's promotions.
4.Promotion commences at 00:01hrs AEST on 15/09/2011 and ends in-store at 24:00hrs AEDT on 17/11/2011 ("Entry Period"). All claims for instant win prizes must be received by 24:00hrs AEDT on 01/12/2011. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:01hrs is the start of a day and 24:00hrs is the end of the day.

."Promotional Product" means any specially marked 40-Pack or 80-Pack of Pine O Cleen Disinfecting Wipes.6.To be eligible to enter, the Eligible Entrant must purchase any specially marked 40-Pack or 80-Pack of Pine O Cleen Disinfecting Wipes from participating Coles, Woolworth's and Independent outlets during the Entry Period, while stocks last. The amount of Promotional Product available is strictly limited. Each specially marked pack contains a unique code. Unrecognised unique codes or barcodes will be deemed invalid.
7.Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt (showing purchase date/time/store) for all entries as proof of purchase.
HOW TO ENTER
8.To enter, an Eligible Entrant must visit
www.germysponge.com.au and follow the prompts to the competition entry page ("Promotion Website"), enter the unique code found on pack and the last 4 digits of the Promotional Product barcode, then complete and submit the online entry form including your full name, full address, postcode, state, contact number and email address.
9.Each Eligible Entrant will be notified instantly online if they are an instant winner including the value of their prize. Winners will also receive written notification of their prize in the form of a printable PDF and email notification.
10.To claim the prize, Eligible Entrants must print and send the written notification of the prize, together with the original receipt (showing purchase date/time/store) for the Promotional Product as proof of purchase to: ‘Germy Sponge Promotion, 87 Egerton Street, Silverwater, NSW 2128'. Prize is subject to validation. The Promoter recommends a) that winners keep a copy of the written notification and proof of purchase; and b) that winners use registered post. However, registered post is not a condition of claiming a prize and the cost of using it will be the responsibility of the winner.
11.Failure to produce the original receipt when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
12.Any cost associated with accessing the Promotion Website is the individual's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
13.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14.Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid
15.Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
16.Multiple entries are permitted, subject to these terms and conditions, including the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Promotional Product purchased; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements and these Terms and Conditions. .Instant Win Prizes: There are a total of 1,005 instant win cash prizes available to be won for this Promotion. All prizes are stated in Australian dollars. Instant win prizes consist of: 5 x $1,000.00, 100 x $100.00, 500 x $50.00 and 400 x $25.00. 18.Total prize pool value is $50,000.00.
19.Winners' prize will be transferred to their nominated bank account via a secure Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT Payment) or via cheque. Winners will be given the option of both methods of payment. If winners choose to have their prize transferred into their nominated bank account, winners will be required to provide their bank details including Account Name, BSB Number and Account Number (solely for the purposes of this transaction).
20.All Instant Winners will be determined via a computer drawing system to randomly determine multiple winning times each week during the Entry Period (the "Winning Times"). The first entries, received on or after each of the Winning Times for that week, will be winners of an instant prize, subject to Eligible Entrants making valid claims in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and verification.
21.For any prizes valued at $250 or more, winner's names (and postcode for any winners from SA) will be published in The Australian each Friday throughout the Promotional Period including 23/09/11, 30/09/11, 07/10/11, 14/10/11, 21/10/11, 28/10/11, 4/11/11, 11/11/11, 18/11/11 and 25/11/11. All provisional winners will only be deemed winners once verified by the Promoter.
22.If there are any unclaimed prizes at the end of the Promotion, prizes will be awarded in an unclaimed prize draw, which will take place on 02/03/2012 at 11:00hrs AEDT at 87 Egerton Street, Silverwater, NSW 2128. Any unclaimed prize winners will be notified by mail and for any unclaimed prizes valued at $250 or more, winner's names (and postcode for any winners from SA) will also be published in The Australian on 08/03/2012.
23.The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24.If for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
25.If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
26.Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
27.Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. There will be a total of 1,005 online instant win notifications for this Promotion.
28.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
29.If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion.

Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these Terms and Conditions all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax implications; (e) any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a successful claimant or entrant and/or (g) a prize or use of a prize.

33.The laws of the state of Australia apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law.
