Terms and Conditions of Entry
The promoter of the competition is Quest Community Newspapers
(a Division of Nationwide News, ABN 98 008 438 828), Cnr of Byth and Shand Streets, Stafford, Qld.
All information on how to enter the competition forms part of the competition conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Competition Entry:Entrants DO NOT have to make a purchase of any goods or services in order to enter the competition. Entry is free.
This competition is open to all readers of Quest Community Newspapers, who fully complete an entry form and place the completed form in any one of the entry boxes at participating LIVE LOCAL, BUY LOCAL businesses.
Entry forms can be found exclusively:

Online at any of the participating Quest Community Newspaper websites.
LIVE LOCAL, BUY LOCAL entry forms will be available each week for 6 (six) weeks in the following sixrteen (16) midweek Quest Community Newspapers and online at each website:

Each submitted entry enables a customer to enter the draw for the masthead in which their partner store is located.
The Prizes
There will be six (6) $100 pre-paid VISA cards drawn for each of the sixteen (16) mastheads listed above, each drawn at the end of the competition period. Six (6) major prizes, each of a $2,500 VISA card will also be drawn at the end of the competition period.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash

Competition Timings
The competition opens on Wednesday 26th October 2011 and runs for 6 weeks, the final coupon being published in-paper on Wed, 30th November/Thursday, 1st December 2011. Entries close on Tuesday, 6th December 2011 at 5pm.
The competition draws will take place at the office of Quest Community Newspapers, Stafford on Tuesday, 13th December 2011 commencing 10:00am.
Multiple Entries
Entries are limited to 5 per household per week per masthead into the Live Local, Buy Local competition.
Entrants submitting more than 5 entries per week will have additional entries removed from the draw.
Draws
All Live Local, Buy Local entries, once collected, will be collated by newspaper masthead and winners will be drawn at random per masthead at Quest Community Newspapers’ Stafford Office on Tuesday, 13th December 2011 commencing 10:00am
For each masthead, the persons named on the first six (6) fully completed prize draw entry forms drawn at random will win a $100 pre-paid VISA card. This format will continue until all sixteen masthead prizes have been drawn – a total of 114 prizes.
Any additional prizes provided by participating businesses will then be drawn from the entries in the relevant title area after the $100 prizes are drawn and prior to the overall prize draws.
All entries from all mastheads from the Live Local, Buy Local competition will then be placed in one receptacle and six (6) overall winners will be drawn at random who will each win a $2,500 pre-paid VISA card.
Winner Notification
The overall prize winners will be contacted by phone. All other prize winners will contacted in writing. All names of all winners will be published on-line and in-paper in the next available edition of each relevant masthead.

General Terms and Conditions of Entry
Employees and immediate families of Quest Community Newspapers and partnering/participating businesses are not permitted to enter.
The judge’s decision is final/no correspondence will be entered into.
The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
If any winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail shortly following the random draws. If any winner is not contactable or does not claim their prize within seven days of the draw date, another winner will be drawn in the same format in their place.
By entering this competition the entrant agrees to Quest
Community Newspapers disclosing the personal contact information submitted on the entry form to the relevant third party prize giver on the condition that the relevant third party prize giver only use and retain that information in order to deliver the relevant prize to the rightful winner.
Any additional expenses incurred by the finalists or prize winner in accepting and partaking in the prize/competition will be the responsibility of the finalist / prize winners.
Quest Community Newspapers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the competition at any time without notice or further recourse to the entrants.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury (including death) suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the competition or acceptance of the prizes.
