Terms & Conditions
1.Employees, Directors, Contractors, Advertising and Promotional Companies shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize herein.
2.Participants can enter the $17,000 Membership Madness Promotion by joining as a new member or if a current member by providing their current email address.
3.A current member: that person must be a current financial member of the Sunnybank Community & Sports Club; can enter by providing their current email address via the membership update portal on the club website.
4.A New Member: that person must not have been a financial member of the Sunnybank Community & Sports Club in the last 12 months (after September 2010); must fully complete the Sunnybank Community & Sports Club membership application form either via the portal on our website (
www.sbru.com.au) or at the club reception.
5.Once the application is signed at reception, membership fee of $5 is paid, has been processed and temporary membership given, the new member will receive one entry ticket into the draw. The entry ticket will be filled out by the new member with the new member’s name and membership number, and placed into the designated entry box situated at the reception desk by the new member.
6.New Members that join and current members that provide their email address between 26 September and 10 December 2011, will receive an entry into the draw which will be conducted between 5pm & 7pm (Approx) on Sunday 11 December 2011.
7.Winners do not need to be present to win.
8.Promotion Starts on Monday 26 September and concludes at 7-00pm Sunday 11 December
9.The winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorise the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the full extent of the law. The winner must provide Photo identification before prize is issued and collected.
10.Any winner (s) will consent to the publication of their name and/or photograph in any form of media requested by the Sunnybank Community & Sports Club.
11.Prizes won are not subject to exchange, cash back or trade.
12.At the draw, each of the 17 tickets drawn from the barrel will be read out, announced over the club public address system and witnessed by at least one other employee. All tickets will be destroyed after the completion of the draw.
