The promoter is (jointly and severally where applicable) Austereo Pty Ltd (ABN 85 007 914 641) trading as:
MIX 94.5 of 450 Roberts Road, Subiaco WA 6008.

ITEM 4: WEBSITE

ITEM 5: PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will be taken from 2:00pm (WST) on Friday 21st October 2011 until 5.00pm (WST) on Thursday 3rd November 2011.
The Registration period may be amended at the Promoters discretion.
(“Registration Period”).
ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
The Competition will run from 5.30am on Monday 31st October 2011 until 9am on Friday 4th November 2011.
The contesting period may be amended at the Promoters discretion.
(“Competition Period”).
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of Western Australia :
- Aged between (12) twelve years and (16) sixteen years from 1 January 2012.
-Entrants must have parental permission.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
During the Competition Period, listeners will be encouraged via on-air pointers to enter this Promotion.
Listeners can enter the Promotion via the website. Listeners must provide an answer to the following question in (25) twenty five words or less:
„Why do you want to become an ECU Ball Kid at the Hyundai Hopman Cup XXIV?”
(The “Competition Question”)
Entrants must also provide sufficient personal information so that they may be contacted by MIX 94.5, Entrants must also provide the following information including (but not limited to)
(a) Their name.
(b) Their age.
(c) Their address.
(d) Their parents or Guardians name.
(e) Their Parents telephone number.

At random, The Bunch will contact a parent and the entrant each day between 7:30am and 8:00am to ask them „why they would like to be an ECU Ball kid.‟
The interview will not take place without the permission of the parent or Guardian first being obtained and will be recorded and replayed the following morning.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS
The two (2) most original and creative Entries as determined by The Bunch and MIX 94.5 staff will win a major prize (“major prize winners”).
All decisions of Mix 94.5 are exercised according its absolute discretion and will be final. No discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
ITEM 10: DRAW DETAILS
The Bunch will announce the major prize winners between 5.30am and 9.00am on Friday 4th November 2011.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
There are a maximum of two (2) major prizes to be won. Each major prize consists of the following:
• The opportunity for the major prize winner to be an ECU Ball Kid at the Hyundai Hopman Cup from XXIV.
• A Hyundai Hopman Cup Ball Kid uniform including T-shirt, shoes, hat and sunscreen.
The following conditions apply
• Major prize winners must be available for four Hyundai Hopman Cup Ball Kid training sessions in November/December:

• Major prize winners need to be available to be a Hyundai Hopman Cup Ball Kid at the Hyundai Hopman Cup tournament from 31st December 2011 until Saturday 7th January 2011 inclusive. If the major prize winner is not available for this time frame they will forfeit the prize.
• The parent/legal guardian of the major prize winner must give their permission for the major prize winner to take part in the Hyundai Hopman Cup Ball Kid training and the Hyundai Hopman Cup.
Maximum value of each major prize: MONEY CAN’T BUY plus $77.00 (1 x adult and 1 x child ticket)
Total maximum value of all prizes: $154 and MCB
Prize winners will be responsible for their own transport costs to and from the Hyundai Hopman Cup Ball Kid Training sessions and the Hyundai Hopman Cup.
