1.Information on how to participate and gift details form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.The Promotor is Telstra Corporation Limited ABN 33 051 775 556 of Level 2, 400 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter).
3.This Offer is open from 7.00 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEDST") on 10 October 2011 until 7.00 pm AEDST on 30 October 2011, and from 7.00 am AEDST on 7 November 2011 until 7.00 pm AEDST on 25 November 2011 ("Offer Period").
4.This Offer is open to all Australian residents 18 years of age or older other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Offer (including suppliers of gifts) ("Eligible Participant").
5.Every Eligible Participant who, during the Offer Period: a.visits a participating Telstra store; and
b.signs up to a Telstra 4G USB Mobile Broadband plan on a monthly payment of $39.95 or above over a 24 month term;
is entitled to receive from the Promoter a BigPond Music voucher, valued at $50.00 (inc GST) ("Gift") in accordance with these terms and conditions ("Eligible Purchase").
6.The following are the participating Telstra Stores for the purpose of this offer: a.Melbourne Airport Domestic Terminal (between 7:00 am AEDST on 10 October 2011 to 7:00 pm AEDST on 28 October 2011);

7.Limit of one Gift per Eligible Purchase.
8.The Gift is valued at $50.00 (including GST) and is not exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash. All other costs associated with the Gift are the responsibility of the Eligible Participant.
9.The Gift can only be redeemed through BigPond® Music and are valid for12 months to September 2012. Terms and Conditions can be found at

10.The Eligible Participant must request and collect the Gift at the time of making the Eligible Purchase.
11.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the failure of Eligible Participants to claim a Gift during the Offer Period at the time of making an Eligible Purchase.
12.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Gift and will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from this Offer or taking of the Gift.
13.If the Promoter is unable to provide the Eligible Participant with the nominated Gift, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative gift of equal or greater monetary value.
14.If for any reason, the Offer is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to relevant gaming regulations.
15.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an Eligible Participant in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Offer is final and binding on each Eligible Participant. No correspondence will be entered into.
16.By participating in the Offer, the participant understands and agrees that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by the participant on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Statement available at
www.telstra.com.au/privacy/privacy_statement.html or by calling 1800 039 059, as if they were a customer of the Promoter. The participant agrees that the Promoter can continue to contact them even after this Offer ends. If the participant would like to access or correct the personal information that the Promoter holds about the participant, or if the participant does not wish the information to be disclosed, the participant should advise the Promoter by phoning 1800 039 059.
17.To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer.
18.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from accepting the gift.
