1. Entry to the game of skill implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of submission of this application. Applying is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Entrants must not be employed by CBS Interactive or its affiliates and subsidiaries or must not be related to their families, or persons directly involved in the administration of this Prize Draw. Void where prohibited. This offer is open to residents of Australia. All national and local laws and regulations apply. The game of skill is governed by the laws applicable in Australia and New Zealand and subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

How to enter: You will be automatically entered into a game of skill by successfully filling out and submitting the entry form and answering the competition questions "What is your Assassin’s Creed signature battle move?" The competition closes at AEST 10am 21st November 2011 (inclusive of competition start and end dates). Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person. Participants to this contest accept that CBS Interactive may name the winners of the prizes in public.
5. No purchase is necessary. All entries will be examined by the GameSpot AU team and 5 winners will be selected. The 5 will be selected from all valid entries received. The competition will run from 28th October 2011 and close at 10am 21st November 2011 AEST. Entries become the property of CBS Interactive and will not be returned. The draw will take place at the CBS Interactive office, Level 12, 50 Goulburn St, Sydney, NSW, Australia, 2000 at 5pm on the 21st November 2011. The winners will be notified by email by AEST 5pm 25th November 2011.
6. If an individual selected as a winner does not respond to the CBS Interactive correspondence by 10am 28th November 2011, the GameSpot AU team will select another individual at 11am 29th November 2011. This redraw will take place at CBS Interactive Sydney office.
