This is obviously a very niche comp but I thought I'd post it anyway.
I also had a chuckle at clause 2 which speaks of "the age of consent". I think they meant "the age of majority" which is when a child legally becomes an adult, whereas the age of consent refers to when you can legally have sex!

1. COMPETITION PERIOD: MedicAlert® Foundation’s 40 Days of Celebration Competition (the “Competition”) commences at 12:00:01 am Central Standard Time on 17 October 2011 and ends at 11:59:59pm Central Standard Time on 9 December 2011 (the “Competition Period”). The Competition is sponsored by Australia Medic Alert Foundation (“the Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Competition is open to residents of Australia. Subject to the foregoing, all Competition entrants (“Entrant(s)”) must be individuals legally residing in Australia. If an Entrant is under the age of consent at the time of entry into the Competition, such Entrant must have the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian in order to participate. Employees and their immediate family members (partner, parents, siblings and children) are not eligible to win.
3. HOW TO ENTER: One (1) entry will be automatically entered into the Competition for individuals who complete a MedicAlert Foundation new registration, product reorder, membership renewal, or profile update to the Australia Medic Alert Foundation during the Competition Period.
4. COMPETITION DRAW(S): A random draw (each a “Draw”) will be held in Adelaide at the MedicAlert Foundation national office (Level 1, 210 Greenhill Road, Eastwood SA 5063) at 2.00pm Central Standard Time on each business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) during the period beginning 18 October 2011 and ending on 12 December 2011 (each a “Draw Date”). On each Draw Date, one potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by Sponsor in the last 24 hours prior to 11:59:59PM on the previous day during the Competition. Names of selected Entrant’s will be drawn by an independent third party. Entries will not be rolled over from one draw into the next draw. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to the day of the applicable Draw Date. Please see Appendix A for list of individual Draw Dates.
5. PRIZES: Forty (40) Competition prizes will be awarded by the Sponsor. The details of the prizes to be won are set forth below. One (1) prize will be drawn each day, for 40 draws.

a) Prizes will be awarded only upon verification by Sponsor that all requirements set forth in these rules (the “Competition Rules”) have been satisfied by the respective selected Entrants.
b) Each prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of prizes will be allowed, unless at the discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor may in its sole discretion substitute any prize with an alternate prize of comparable or greater value.
c) No correspondence will be entered into except with selected Entrants at the email address or mailing address (or contact phone number) provided to the Sponsor. Sponsor will notify selected Entrants in writing within ten (10) business days of the applicable Draw date that they have been selected as a potential winner of a prize. Selected Entrants will have 90 days from notification to respond in order to accept the prize.
d) Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. If a selected Entrant does not respond or cannot otherwise be contacted within the allotted time, Sponsor reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible Entrant for that prize (refer to point 6 – Redraw Provision).
e) Each selected Entrant will be required to complete, sign and return to Sponsor a Declaration and Release Form in a form acceptable to the Sponsor within seven (7) days of the Entrant’s receipt of notification that he or she has been selected as a potential winner. If a selected Entrant is under the age of consent at the time of entry into the Competition, such Entrant’s parent or legal guardian shall also execute a Declaration and Release Form in a form acceptable to the Sponsor within seven (7) days of the applicable Entrant’s receipt of notification that such Entrant has been selected as a potential winner.
f) By completing, signing and returning the Declaration and Release Form, a selected Entrant (and a selected Entrant’s parent or legal guardian, where applicable) shall: (i) confirm their compliance with these Competition Rules; (ii) consent to the disclosure and/or use of their name, voice, likeness, image, photograph, and/or city/town of residence, without further notice or compensation, on the Australia Medic Alert Foundation website as well as in any publicity or promotion carried out by the Sponsor or its advertising agencies; and (iii) release and forever discharge the Sponsor from all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action in connection with, arising

from or related to the Competition or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
g) Each prize will be delivered by the Sponsor to the official winner, at the postal address provided by the Entrant to Sponsor within three (3) weeks after the Sponsor receives the properly completed and signed Declaration and Release Form and has complied with all other provisions contained in these Competition Rules.
6. REDRAW PROVISION: If a prize is unclaimed by the official winner of a particular draw date within 90 days from the date of the draw, a random redraw will be held in Adelaide at the MedicAlert Foundation national office (Level 1, 210 Greenhill Road, Eastwood SA 5063) at 2.00pm Central Standard Time on Monday 12 March 2012. The name of selected Entrant(s) will be drawn by an independent third party. The redrawn winner(s) will be notified directly in writing by Monday 19 March 2012.
7. NO LIABILITY
a) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the MedicAlert Foundation’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, MedicAlert Foundation may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions. Any changes made to the Competition and/or Competition Rules are subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
b) MedicAlert Foundation will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
c) MedicAlert Foundation will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
i. during the judging;
ii. in the participation in any prize;
iii. as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
iv. in relation to failure of an entry message to be received by MedicAlert Foundation on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or
v. arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
vi. arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
8. GENERAL RULES: Competition Rules and announcement of winners will be posted on the Sponsor website at
www.medicalert.org.au. By entering the Competition, Entrants agree to comply with these Competition Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or terminate the Competition or the Competition Rules at any time, without notice, and for any reason.
9. DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries, interrupted or unavailable network servers or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Competition or the operation of Australia Medic Alert Foundation website or any other Sponsor-hosted website, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Entrants eligibility to participate in the Competition. In the event any portion of the Competition is compromised at any time by a computer virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which in the opinion of Sponsor corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper entry into the Competition, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, cancel or terminate the Competition and to award prize(s) to individuals selected from the pool of Entrants received up to the point of termination. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in the Competition Rules.
10. TAX INFORMATION: Liability for any applicable taxes imposed by any government, if any, on any prize won is the sole responsibility of the winner of such prize.
