comper12 - they require a driver's licence or passport copy for age verification. You might be out of luck if you can't produce one of those in the name you won under.

I sent a copy of my licence and postage details in the real name, hoping it doesn't matter. Alot of people use pseudonyms on FB for privacy reasons so I hope its okay. Its just like gifting to another person anyway.

Yes I got WEM around 4:55pm yesterday so I think their still choosing winners there's 2500ish bottle so plenty to go around

I use my maiden name on facebook so my free bottle of 4 sisters bubbly was in that name.  They honoured the win no problems.  I think a lot of people have an alternate facebook name.  Hopefully you'll be Ok Comper 12.  Maybe the real issue is your age.

It was all fine, received my bottle on Tuesday which was perfect as that was my birthday. I just sent off the real details and licence scan and a few days later they notified that the bottle would be on its way. Enjoy it guys, it is a great drop.
