1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter (Meat & Livestock Australia) and its agencies associated with this promotion.
3. As part of this entry, the participant is providing information to Meat and Livestock Australia and not to Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
4. All entries become the property of the Promoter, Meat and Livestock Australia, and will not be returned to the entrant. By entering this Promotion, an entrant:
•consents to the Promoter making copies of or publishing the whole or any part of their entry and otherwise exploiting the entry and any rights in relation to the entry, to publicise this Promotion or for any other purposes without payment to the entrant (of royalties, compensation or otherwise); and

http://survey.mla.com.au/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=78LH9p8). Entrants must provide their full name, email address, phone number, address and upload a photograph of a ‘mouth watering piece of steak’; the most ‘drool-worthy’ entry will win a barbecue.
6. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged by the judging panel selected by the Promoter based on literary and creative merit. The judging panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The best entry, as determined by the judging panel, will win the prize of a Neo Curva BBQ barbecue (RRP $699 including GST).
8. The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) 11/10/11 at midday. Entries close at 11.59pm (AEST) 16/12/11.
9. Only one entry per person is permitted.
10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
11. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
12. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry.
13. The winner will be notified by email.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
