'Fly your way with 5K' Terms & Conditions1. The Promoter is ACN 079 010 772 Limited trading as travel.com.au, Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. ABN 840 790 107 72.
2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
5. There is no limit to the amount of entries per person.
6. The promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on 10 November 2011 and ends 11.59pm 30 November 2011.
7. To enter the promotion, participants must book and pay (in full) for any Virgin Australia flight (including Pacific Blue, Virgin Blue, Polynesian Blue & V Australia) between 10 – 30 November 2011 online at
www.travel.com.au.
8. All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 12pm (AEST) on 02 December 2011 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
- The first valid entry drawn will win a $5,000 travel.com.au/Virgin Australia Gift voucher
- Conditions pertaining to the voucher:
- Voucher/s is only valid when creating a future booking with the Virgin Australia flights group (which include Pacific Blue, Virgin Blue, Polynesian Blue & V Australia).
- Voucher/s can be created to any amount (minimum denomination is $500) until the prize value of $5,000 is reached.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- The booking must be made offline through a travel.com.au Travel Expert and may be subject to a booking fee. Travel Experts can be reached on 1300 130 483 during AEST business hours.
- The Gift Voucher is only redeemable on products where travel.com.au takes payment on behalf of the supplier.
- Ancillary products (hotels/holidays/tours/cruises) only valid when purchased in conjunction with Virgin Group flights.
- The voucher is not redeemable for cash.
- In the event of cancelling any travel arrangement - 100% cancellation fees apply and prize will be forfeited.
9. The maximum total value of the Prize pool is AU$5,000.
10. The winner will be notified on 05 December via email. The winners’ details will also be published at
www.travel.com.au for a period of three months.
11. The Prize will be arranged by the Promoter and must be booked through the Promoter’s Travel Expert team.
12. The winner must give at least 21 days notice of proposed commencement of travel.
13. Once prizes have been arranged by the Promoter, any changes to the travel, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the winner.
14. Should the winner remain un-contactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on 02 March 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
15. The redrawn winner shall be notified on 02 March 2012 via email. The redrawn winners’ details will also be published at
www.travel.com.au for a period of three months.
16. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.
17. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
20. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
21. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.

23. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
