Win $2000 towards your childcare costs! Sign-Up Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in the KID U NOT Sign-Up Competition ("the Competition"), entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. KID U NOT Unit Trust ACN 147 834 188 of Level 1, 84 West Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 is the Promoter ("The Promoter"). The Promoter's telephone number is 1300 595 655.

3. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia only. Entry is not open to persons under the age of 18 years. Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special offers, discounts or promotions unless indicated otherwise.

5. The Competition commences at 9:01am on Thursday 29th September 2011 and finishes at 5pm on Thursday 29 December 2011 ("Promotional Period"). All claims must be received by 5pm on Thursday 29 December 2011. Claims received after this date will be deemed invalid and ineligible to enter the Competition. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.

6. All new members during the "Promotional Period" are automatically entered upon signing up to childcare.kidunot.com.au. Members during the "Promotional Period" are also automatically entered upon referral of the Competition to a friend by way of verified email notification. In both cases entrants must consent to receive promotional correspondence from the Promoter.

7. To qualify for a Competition entry you must be a new member or a member who has referred the Competition to a friend. Each verified email referral will result in an additional Competition entry.

8. The Competition has the prize offering of: "WIN $2000 towards you childcare costs!"

9. Total combined prize value is up to AUD$2,000.00.

10. Once the Competition winner has been notified and childcare details provided the credit will be paid directly to your nominated childcare provider.

11. The draw will take place at KID U NOT, Level 1, 84 West Street, North Sydney on Friday 30 December 2011 at 10:00am. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the prize draw. Winners will be notified in writing within 3 working days of the draw. Winners names will be published on Tuesday 3 January 2012 on the Kid U Not website, Facebook and Twitter Page. Winners prizes will be emailed to them and credited into their Kid U Not account.

12. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and binding. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if incomplete, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

13. If necessary, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on Friday 30 March 2012 in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. By submitting your entry for the main draw you also consent to participating in any unclaimed prize draw. All non winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. In the event of any unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be notified by writing within two (2) days of the draw. The winners name will be published on Monday 2nd April 2012 and their names published on the Kid U Not website, Facebook and Twitter Page.

14. All entrants are providing consent to subscribe to the Promoter's electronic updates and periodically receive promotional materials by email from the Promoter. Entrants can unsubscribe from receiving correspondence from the Promoter via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all electronic updates.

15. All entrants consent to the publication of their names on the Promoter's website and/or Facebook and/or Twitter page in the event of becoming a Competition winner.

16. Personal details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Competition. By entering this Competition, entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organizations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter's Privacy Policy by contacting the Promoter on 1300 595 655 during office hours.

17. Entrants participate in this Competition at their own risk. The Promoter, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Competition and/or its prizes including the collection and use of prizes, or any act or omission or any negligence of the Promoter, its employees and agents.
