Terms & Conditions Clause Usage1. Instructions on ‘how to enter’ and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Eligibility: Entry is only open to Western Australian residents. Westfield employees, retailers, tenants and immediate families of participating Westfield centers and the agencies associated with
this promotion are ineligible.
3. Entry instructions: To be eligible for entry participants must complete the competition entry details on the Westfield Carousel competition website page titled ‘Win 1 of 10 $50 Factorie Gift Cards’.
4. To enter the promotion, participants must:
1) If entering via the Westfield Carousel Facebook Page:
i) ‘Like’ the Westfield Carousel Facebook Page
ii) After ‘liking’ the Westfield Carousel Facebook Page, click on the link to the competition website page titled ‘Win 1 of 10 $50 Factorie Gift Cards’
iii) Complete the competition entry details and submit their entry
2) If entering via the Westfield Carousel website:
i) Visit the competition website page titled ‘Win 1 of 10 $50 Factorie Gift Cards’
ii) Complete the competition entry details and submit their entry
5. Duration & Draw: The promotion commences from 9am Thursday 10 November 2011 and concludes at 9pm Thursday 17 November 2011. The winning entries will be drawn on Friday 18 November 2011.
6. Notification: Winners will be notified by email on Friday 18 November 2011. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize Details: The prize consists of 10 $50 Factorie Gift Cards. The winners are required to provide personal information to Westfield in order to arrange prize collection and use. This information shall be used only for the purposes of the competition and will not be passed onto third parties. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize is to be collected by the winner upon notification. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize/s.
8. Late Entries: No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
9. Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained from the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Internet clause: If, for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned, Including as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or another person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Privacy: To provide each entrant with this competition, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and obtain each entrant’s agreement in relation to handling this personal information. If you do not provide the information requested, you will not be entered into the competition. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
